Other car service centers need to learn how to turn a unhappy customer to a happy one. I had a not so great experience initially and with the necessary CRM intervention the issue was handled well and this left me with a great experiance. Service advisor Akash and CRM Vishnu were beyond helpful. Barring the delays in shipping because of floods in Tamil Nadu the overall experience was good.

I had a complaint to my Verna car on the way to kannur from kottayam. I directly went to nearby service centre tripunitura.
Immediately the technician Ribin attended the car and solved the problem within a half hour. Reception people told me no money needed. But for my personal happiness I called Ribin personally and tried to give some money. The man rejected money smiled and told this is my service sir…Ribin you are awesome… lot of respects. Also kudos to the service centre people who attended my complaint and solved immediately 🙏

we were extremely happy to share our thoughts during the visit we made to the Hyundai service station near irumpanam near choice towers We handed over the car and we had a warm welcome by the advisor Yeldo ,he gone through each and everything about the periodic service.During the visit I had to do get the help to mend some scratch mark and and dent work as well .
