The dining experience was exceptional – from the delicious food to the outstanding service. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect, and Anas's impressive magic trick was the perfect finale to an already fantastic afternoon lunch. Highly recommended!

Many sea/Fresh water fish varieties . Did not have Lobster during my lasr visit. When you enter you will feel like entering a fish market, probably because of all the fish/ prawns/crabs on ice display, but your nose will soon adjust to that. Seafood platter is a good choice as a couple. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Place is a bit expensive. If all the fish they bring are freshly made as they claim then its good. They offer Birthday special dining which i saw during my last visit.

Had a WFO team lunch here at Cheenavala! We ordered cheenavala special thali (didn’t take the photo as I was so much hungry and forgot 😬) along by with seafood platter (for 3) and the normal non-veg thali (for 4). Good service, ambience was excellent as well.

Special thali has meen thoran, squid curry and our own Kerala style mango & fish curry in addition to normal thali.

Platter has what you see in the photos and the non-veg had mutton, beef and chicken dishes.. was yummy and tummy filling too !!

Tasty kerala style sea food restaurant, they have different varieties of fish dishes. You can select love fish and select the masala. Cost wise it's a bit high and taste wise and the atmosphere is awesome.

Try this place atleast once, if you are a seafood lover. They do serve other non veg items as well. Vegetarian choice is less. The server gave a short description of the dishes on menu and invited us to the fresh fish counter to choose the fish of our liking. Though I can't recollect the names of the dishes, the one with kanthari chilly koottu was more delicious. Seafood platter was another dish that we tried and found good. Excellent staff, great service. The wash room was maintained neat and clean. Ample parking space available.

We had their crab roast and karimeen polichathu with thali set.
We can choose the fishes live before cooking.
Everything was great including the ambience too.

One of the best places for seafood. Had meen moilee, pomfret(catch of the day) tawa fry in cheenavala signature marinade Kerala and wheat parota. All were really good. Would definitely recommend the meen moilee, it was absolutely delicious 😋.

Had to wait for around 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon to get our table as we were walk-in. The ambience was very pleasant. The restaurant theme was all seafood related and tastefully done. Highly recommended for seafood in Kochi.

We had been to this place yesterday with family for lunch. The food is very tasty, espacially the sea food items are really nice. You can pick up the fish you want from their fresh fish counter and they will prepare it as per your choice. The staff are well trained and polite. Serving time time is reasonably good. Good ambiance ans price is also not very high but reasonable. Recommend for any one who wants to have an outing with family searching for tasty sea food in Edappally.

We tried their fish meal for a weekend lunch. Needless to say, weekends are pretty crowded and you can expect a 30-40 min wait time for a table. While you are waiting you may walk up to the fish counter and choose the fish of your liking. They will prep it in a way you would like. The meal thali is decent with a variety of fish gravy and vegetable items. Staff are helpful and they have ample parking outside.

This place is favourite for the sea food lovers. We had fish and the food served was very tasty. The staff gives you good recommendations if you are not able to decide what to order.

This is place is a heaven for seafood lovers.
They have a unique menu with lots of seafood items. They also serve chicken and mutton too. There’s a live fish stall where we can choose our desired fish and have it as fry/grill. We had cheenavala thali which included veg and nonveg items, a fish fry(thirutha) and a chicken biriyani.
The food is amazing with top quality and taste. The menu is on the expensive side but tasteful and quality food equals it.

Tried seafood platter . Must try for everyone . And the magic by Anaz was so entertaining and we never felt bored or tired waiting for food coz magician Anaz was there for fun.

Nice restaurant❤. Tried Nadan food, Paal Kappa and Neymeen curry were really tasty! 😋 Then, Chemeen Kappa Kozha was also 'adipoli.' A good place for a family outing
