District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. .

sir, I bought a lenovo laptop on 20 Dec 15 and now it is not functioning. It is under warranty upto 19 Dec 16. While approaching with the customer services of the company stating that "if the laptop get off road and why you switch on the laptop". Without switching it on how I could know it is off road. Moreover, while I am approaching them they also told me to me put it on charge, remove charger, switch on, switch off after 2 hrs, 3 hrs, etc. However, the drills they told to me were adopted by me. Without checking the system on ground and now they are saying that they will not repair the same. It also confirm me that the system is under warranty and you can even replace the motherboard in the under warranty. But now they denied to repair the system. What shall do for to get the repairs done and what is legal procedures to accomplish the repair and teach the company a lesson.

One leading Insurance Company denied my medical claim alleging mistake in the nurses note and ignored the medical reports of the treating Doctor and that of the TPA. I filed a complaint and adduced evidence which was accepted by the Hon Commission and the insurance company was ordered to pay me the claims.I received the amount from the Insurance Company. A BIG SALUTE TO HON COMMISSION !!
During this week I had read in the columns of the news paper that the Hon Commission had ordered an insurance company to pay a compensation of INR One Lakh to a boy aged 10 years who was denied medical claim alleging pre existing disease without any reliable scientific evidence. Being a victim of the same set of circumstances I am very much aware of the agony that would have been expereinced by the complainants in this case and I VERY RESPECTFULLY BOW MY HEAD BEFORE THE HON COMMISSION.
