InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road, an IHG Hotel

Love the room. It was spacious. Staff were impressive from the time of arrival to departure. There are different restaurant outlets including Chinese, which is a little hard to find in India. Breakfast is also nice with western and local taste. The lounge is peaceful and stuffed with different kinds of drinks and fruits. There is no food. The location is just away from most of the tourist attractions.

Awesome rooms and lots of varieties in breakfast. Staff are also very cooperative and polite and do their best to make the stay comfortable and memorable as well. The only thing is that they don't have a kids play area for which they need to look into it otherwise everything is five star.

SUPER CITY STAY near India Gate
From the moment we arrived at after a 6 hour delayed flight we felt very welcomed guests. From the wonderful upgrade we received through to every call to service and housekeeping we very highly impressed. From every call for service it was met so efficiently with easy communication which often can be a challenge. All staff were exceptional, however a special mention to the front office who kindly offered the hotel car and driver to go to the pharmacy to collect some medicine and the service from Jaikaran (housekeeping team) for always promptly assisting with every request since I was unwell during my stay. If looking for a memorable 5 star city experience in Jaipur with exceptional service, and furnishings this is your place.

Best hospitality and special mention to Aabida and Abhishek to provide us a perfect experience during our stay. Rooms are very spacious and food was top quality and has all varieties. Hotel defines luxury at its best.

The service at the hotel was top notch and rooms were comforting. It's great for a business meeting or a family vacation. Would like to mention few of the names, Mr. Abhishek, Mr Dinesh, & Mr. Rajendra from the banquet team went out of their way.

It was a great experience staying in Intercontinental Jaipur. Thanks to Abida and Harsh for planning a surprise cake for my Wife’s birthday and making it special for us. They both were very welcoming and helpful. They are an asset as an employee.

I had an amazing one-day stay here. The ambience was great, and the staff, including Mr. Ajay and Mr. Balbeer at the front desk, as well as all the restaurant staff at the lobby level, were incredibly friendly. Special mention goes to the chauffeur, Mr. Sarvesh Singh, who picked us up from the airport.
I would love to visit again with my family to experience the amazing hospitality here firsthand.

Ashok Kumar provided excellent room service during my stay. He was always prompt, courteous, and attentive to my needs. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made my experience enjoyable.

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms are big and very comfortable, a very big property. Food is very good. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Location although is good but it's in outskirts of city and near airport.

Abhishek and dinesh n chef narayan is a wonderfull guys they arrenged iftari food for us n very cooperative very good experience with them, thera service out 10/10 and good experience in 3 days we enjoy lot’s off gym was good and service chef food was amazing

This is my first time in this hotel intercontinental I visit here & my experience was very nice with the hospitality's. Specially i like the services of Mr Abhishek.

Too far from the city but the hotel is very good. Rooms were very good. The service at breakfast was too slow. There should be a play area for kids. The hotel has a huge lawn for functions. The banquet is also nice.
