Given my curtain for washing, i would really appreciate, they have done pretreatment in stains and shared me video clips, how it is deep cleaned exclusively in the giant washing machine. So much transparency in cleaning process. Moreover, they have done pricing based on KG basis, Rs 85/Kg which is way cheaper than competitors.

I opted for Premium Dryclean for my saree, as I didnt want my saree to be mixed with others. It's a WoW service but the pricing is on higher side since I opted for exclusive service. Happy that my saree deserve this..

My first experience with Firefly campus laundry has been excellent. Great service. They can be entrusted with the most expensive sarees. I must mention about Siva who has been so responsive and kind to all my queries. Sent me videos while my sarees were being dry cleaned. He is very polite and professional at work. Thanks Firefly for the pick n drop service too.
