I have recently opened account online and Video KYC was done with proper arrangement. They took a week to activate fully savings account. And after all, their customer care toll free is available 24/7 and working closely with banking executives. Instead of searching in Google , you can easily get information from customer care executives. I have also received personal call from bank branch as well. All these were smooth. But never had loan or personally visiting branch experience with this bank as I'm dealing everything with online. Their limit management is extra safety when compare to other banks. Please understand all is free for 25k minimum balance but if you opened 10k minimum balance account then they will allow 5 free ATM transactions only.
Yes it may be tough for common people.
