I have an Account in this Bank, I applied for a new debit card one month ago. They debited the card charges, But i didnt recieve the card. Iam in outstation So i called the branch phone number no one attended till day. i was repeatedly calling for past 1 week

I gave account opening form before 7 days, the officer with an attitude told that it will get confirmed within 2 days, since I didn't get any confirmation msg, I visited again after 4 days, my form was thrown somewhere and atlast they managed to find and told it will get activated by that day, today is 8th day, I was calling the bank from morning 12 to get update they pick up, put on hold or keep the receiver down. If you want mental trauma in this pandemic situation approach this bank...

The bank staff are very irritated, they don't know how to speak to their customer . They be very rude, I would never refer anyone to this kind of bank.. not even one star rating of bank..

Even one star is too much for this kind of bank (worst behaviour )
