The PetVets team is doing an amazing job. Very friendly , polite, caring and cooperative doctors, staff and very excellent treatment. I have good experience with this team for my dog Raana. I saw personally the way they take care of your pet as if they are your family member.
They are very spontaneous and answer every call and that too anytime.
They used to keep me updated every single day by sending me photos and videos. They even made sure they numbered and named each and every stray properly without making a single mistake.
The entire team deserves an Applause, pat on their back & bow.
The efforts they put into curing and taking care of every community pets in their clinic is COMMENDABLE. They are Super Humans on earth ❤

A great place...the doctors know their job and are extremely empathetic to pets (and their owners). The support staff too is very good. The charges too are reasonable.

I am connected with Petvet from last three years. I am very regular visitor of Petvet not for my per Rio but for my society dogs. The staff is very cooperative, helping and supportive. Everytime we got the best treatment here. Distemper is a disease where it is very difficult to bring back the dog from death. Buy for my two society dogs Dr Hemant has done such a treatment that both the babies are perfectly fit till today.

The way the staff handled my dog and treated him so well, he was up and running in no time! Special thanks to Dr. Arundhati, she's really sweet and calmed both me and my dog while treating him. 🤍

We had a fabulous experience at our very first visit for a general check-up for out Miyuki. Dr. Hemant and Dr. Arundhati are very affable and attentive.

Dr. Hemant was calm and managed to win Miyu's trust (for the most part) rather quickly - even though Miyu was terrified of being there - and put her at considerable ease. His attendant (unfortunately I've forgotten his name) was very gentle too.

The clinic is a fairly large and clean space with a reception, a waiting area, 2 examination rooms, a kennel, a room that - I understand - serves as a midway shelter for rescued dogs and cats (please contact them for more information about this) as well as a rather pleasant assortment of books.

The clinic is also conveniently located in the service lane off Godbunder Road (under the Manpada bridge) while travelling to Borivali. It is easy to spot and has parking available inside the premises - space permitting of course.

I am warm-heartedly thankful for the very cooperation and medical assistance with which you treated my all the cats so quickly. I am so very blessed that it was you(Arundhati ma'am) who just dealt with that very critical case of maau, Oreo and another kitten(football). Before knowing about your clinic I used to visit another veterinary where I saw no improvement in my kittens and lost 3kittens of mine so to be honest I actually always use to think that the vets do not go into the detailing of the problems of the animals, but u cleared my myth ma'am. I am getting my society dog treated at pet vets. I find the entire team very very attached to all the patients getting treated there. We can't get attached to any vet treatment platform if we dont love animals. All the guys out there are very warm and the hospital is run very professionally. Hats off to Doctors and the team. Most importantly being attached to the noble profession for vets.. Lord sai will bless you all and your loved ones.

We have labrador named Bokya.. Dr Thange has diagnosed every issue very well. Dr. Is very soft spoken and polite. Glad to visit clinic as staff is also very caring.

One of the best clinic and doctor that I know in Thane. We recently got a kitten and he was unwell. We tried lot of doc visits within thane and online consultation as well. Nothing helped. We read review on google and planned a visit. I would say Dr. Hemant is an amazing person. Within 3 days of his medication, he was fine. His response to messages for any queries is even great. My kitten really likes him☺. The staff is also amazing there. Polite & friendly 🙂.There is a sense of connection that you feel that your pet will be fine. Took my Persian male cat for check up and vaccination. The staff is very polite and courteous. Dr. Nair attended my cat. She takes time and advises properly, explains everything in detail. Treatment is very reliable and improvement can be seen in pet's health. The follow up visits were also good. She remembered the pet's history and what was to be done at that time. The charges are fair and reasonable.

I have been visiting petvets since last year and the treatment is just way too nice the doctor and the employees are very humble and sweet….

I love my time with Petvets. The staff is absolutely understanding and friendly. My pup is so comfortable with them. The doctors and the helpers really stick their neck our for you. My pup suddenly stopped walking due to some bones issues and the doctors really took an extra effort in helping us out and now my pup can jump and bug the patience out of me all by walking.. which is a great thing. They worry with you and treat your pet! Best place to be

Amazing people 🙌 Have been there kittens. One of the kitten was very ill, the care and attention doctors and staff has given is just wonderful. Am super grateful to them.
Their care & love for animals is very much visible in the work they do. They work with a local NGO too, so, their charges for stray are nominal. Charges for pets are also reasonable. Thank you Petvets family.

I have been bringing my pet Bunny to Petvets for more than 8 years now. Very happy with the diagnosis, treatment and the staff. Both Dr. Hemant and Dr. Arundhati are amazing with my Bunny and I am very grateful to the entire staff including Mr. Vijay for taking such good care of my pet dog.
