Really impressed with the services flowers were totally freshed and arranged in a beautiful manner. I have opted for morning slot delivery that is8am-2pm but I need to rush so wanted before 10am but arena flowers has delivered my order even prior to the one I specified.really thankful to arena flowers .

WARNING-NEVER EVER EVER order from this place. Its a fraud company. I ordered for 14th Feb( yesterday). They didn't deliver. I called them hundreds of times but no response. Now they are saying they will deliver today. What's the point of that? Valentine's day was yesterday! They are not ready to refund the money. They stole 2150rs from me. If they couldn't deliver yesterday they shouldn't have accepted the payment in the first place. And even after accepting the payment, there was not even one update from them through sms/email/call. NOT EVEN ONE. They will just take your money and disappear. I also ordered from giftjaipur. com they called me immediately to inform that they can't deliver on the same day and will refund the money. And I got the refund. Go for fnp. com or giftjaipur. com. Never use this site. Its a fraud company. I am going to complain about them in the consumer court for wasting a doctor's time when covid is going on and stealing money.

update - The order was delivered the next day. I've attached a photo. These are priced 2150rs. I refused to receive the order seeing such bad quality of flowers. The delivery agent himself said- ye 2100 rs ke hain?!! And there were no chocolates that were supposed to be included. So the delivery agent tried to compensate me for it by handing me over a 10rs note can you believe that!!! I finally got a call from them cuz ofcourse now its about the money. I said I got the order a day late when it was supposed to be same day delivery and that I can't take these flowers now in a bad condition and that too so late. She said "that's not our concern" and we won't refund the money. I said you can keep the stolen money; she said "ok no problem". Also all their 5 star reviews are fake, they are their own members. Look at the newest reviews.

[Update] so i got the delivery today! On 15th feb.. when i had ordered for same day delivery yesterday!
The money deduction problem is still there..
The money got deducted twice.. there was no communication between them about the order is out or not.. nothing.. Only thing i hear on call is 'the representative will be with you shortly..' which never happened in the 50+ calls and the call gets disconnected.. there customer care executives are not as busy as SBI so they should answer the calls..

Complete fraud company, send cheap flowers, different what you order then don't pick up the phone.

Their service is not at all reliable . I placed an order on mothers day , order has not been delivered Yet and customer care service is pathetic. don't ever order from this site .

V bad quality roses. After charging a v heavy price for delivery,the product was just not good. Not happy.
