A lovely little flower shop in C-Scheme with professional staff.
I wanted to buy a bouquet to give to someone for work, the attendant was very informative and packed what I wanted very quickly.
Flowers though are on a bit steep side they're of good quality and very well preserved and packed.

Great service through and through. I ordered a basket of roses.
Pictures on the website are a good representation of the delivered product. I coordinated with Prateek for a midnight delivery -- he was helpful and very accommodating. I had a last minute change in my order and Prateek fixed it without any fuss.

Hello everyone, I've always had a very good experience with Xpression. They've never let me down even when i was in a hurry and ask them to deliver bouquet via phone call. They always have fresh, vibrant ideas and innovations and offers a wide range of floral arrangements and chocolates. The best part is, they understand your needs and feelings so that you don't need to explain what you want. They serve you very well with their friendliness and even have certain offers going. I'll strongly recommend Xpression as a best feeling shop in Jaipur. I'm fully satisfied with the quality and service of Xpression. They are truly professional. Will definitely suggest this website to my friends. The Quality of cake was really good. And they pick up the cake from one of the best bakery of Jaipur . So i really cant ask for more:)

I ordered a combo consisting of a cake, a bunch of roses and a champagne. It had to be delivered at shiv vilas in Jaipur which is in very outskirts of the city jaipur. Though the location being very far from their store the items got delivered in hardly 1.5 hours.

A shop consists of versatile flowers and bouquets which are refreshingly beautiful. I was indeed mesmerized by the variety they have. If I were to choose one, I will definitely go with Rose bouquet. Apart from flowers, they also have chocolates, cakes and what not! Do check it out atleast once! :)

Amazing customer service !! Clear, friendly and of great value. I called up to deliver flowers on the same day and inspite of the fact the guys were superbusy with orders and in great rush, didn't let me down. A great place to get flowers & yum cakes. Would recommend thousand times and more :-):-)

ordering flowers these days is almost always disappointing when you compare the results with the photos you see online...it's like a mcdonald's burger poster...then you get this deflated, flaccid, dried out puck...such is the state of the online floral industry....

i only go to two local flower shops in the area and Xpression is the only one in Jaipur..

I just call up, give them a price range and let them do their thing...it always comes out amazing and i always get more than my moneys worth.

they even cut out the pollen stems in the middle of one flower so that it didn't shed everywhere....awesome attention to detail.

Having been in the customer service industry for the past 10 years servicing MNC firms with dedication & purpose, I have always felt that I do not get the same customer service as a customer in India... People either do not care for your likes, choices & opinion or they feel that losing 1 eccentric customer is easy than to pamper him... As a paying customer I have always expected top notch personalized customer service from my merchants. And as a rule I have been disappointed countless times. ONE memorable exception - I was with GENPACT Jaipur for 3 & a half years & we were looking for a nice florist for bouquets & board room flower arrangements to cater to our numerous international client visits throughout the year. Through Lalit Jagwani, one of Genpact employees at that time we got to know about Xpressions & decided to give it a shot at delivering their products at crazy hours throughout the day... There were times when I will be ordering for some exotic arrangement to be delivered in 30 mins at 6 am... There were times when I requested airport delivery 6 times in a day... There were times we rang them with last minute modifications & cancellations...In short we gave Lalit & Bharat so many opportunities to hang up the phone on us, to tell us that we were being very unreasonable with out umpteen demands & our expectations. BUT to my delight I cant think of even 1 instance wherein they gave me a chance to complain... Utter professionalism, Always striving to exceed on customer expectations, very modern, international & dynamic flower arrangements, Personalized service available 24 hours at my fingertips & at my behest... Why just flowers!! Exotic chocolate arrangements, decorative items...Dealing with Xpression has been such a major delight that they are the benchmark by which I expect others to cater to their customers... I was wondering for the Best Surprise on my Sister First marriage Anniversary in Jaipur. And Mr. Lalit of Xpression had made it possible for me. The cake was so fresh, bouquet was nicely packed Teddy and the chocolate box all were delivered at 12 mid night which was a best surprise for my Sister's Husband. The quality of service was excellent and that makes the xpression more faithfull, now i can rely on this company for giving surprises to my beloved one's staying away from chandigarh. Thnaks...
