I had problem of frozen shoulder wherein I had pain & hand movements were severely restricted. It was difficult for me to do my daily activities.

I visited Sara Physiotherapy for consultation. Within one week of treatment my pain subsided and movement increased, I was able to resume my activities. I underwent Physiotherapy with advanced treatment techniques like mulligan mobilisation, dry needling, cupping and strengthening exercises. Within 20 days I was back to normal with full range of motion and good strength without need of any oral medicines/pain killers etc.

Dr. Sara is has vast experience and knowledge on the subject and also keeps updating herself with the latest techniques for effective and faster treatment. She is extremely soft spoken and pays individual attention to each and every patient- irrespective of the number of patients in the clinic.

She is ably supported by the team of efficient doctors. Special thanks to Dr. Nikita who provided excellent guidance and treatment that helped in my faster recover.

Hello everyone, I hope my response is really useful. Let me tell you about my overall experience of slip disc recovery at Sara Physiotherapy Centre.

A month ago I had a herniated slipped disc(L4,L5,S1). I immediately consulted two so-called good doctors (Dr. Viswanathan Iyer, Dr. Shailendra Patil) in Thane, both doctors told me that the only option was operation. I got upset after hearing this.
Then I got the reference to Sara Physiotherapy Center from my friend.

On the first day I met Dr. Nita, she listened to my problem in detail and assured 100 percent recovery. I started my treatment under Dr. Neeta and Dr. Ruchita. I followed all the exercises with positivity and patience. By 20 days I feel only 2 percent improvement. Suddenly on the 25th day I saw a tremendous improvement of 50 percent. And after completing 30 days at the center I was completely cured from herniated slipped disc

I visited Sara Physiotherapy clinic for Frozen Shoulder problem. My experience here was superb and they treated me for my problem very well. Proper treatment was given with the help of machines and physical exercises and good care was taken so that the entire treatment was comfortable and very much effective. I had fractured elbow (operated closed reduction with K wire) . Post removal of cast I have too much stiffness and my elbow angle was completely improper.
I visited Sara clinic and did a course of only 15 days where with daily mobilisation and traction, I was healed completely.

I had severe back injury on 1st Dec'23 and was diagnosed with Lumbago with sciatica (right side). I am based in Dubai and had to travel to India on 7th Dec'23. I did visit Physiotherapy in Dubai but there was not much improvement and hence I had to take Wheelchair assistance at Airport while travelling to India. Visited Dr. Neeta for posture correction and muscle strengthening. Irrespective of the number of patients present in the clinic, she would pay attention to each and every one of her patients. The entire staff is extremely nice and patient.

Thank you so much Dr Ruchita and Dr Neeta for tremendous physiotherapy. I had Tibia and Fibula Fracture. When Dr Neeta first time came to my home to understand my case, she told me I will take at least 4 months to recover but surprisingly it took 40 days sessions to recover my knee bending and walking, Dr Ruchita has treated me so nicely and patiencely. I have been taking physio sessions at Sara Physiotherapy centre, and within just 2 days of starting the sessions there was tremendous improvement in my Knee Movement, which had a major bone fracture.
