I was diagnosed with lumbar and cervical slip disc in July due to which I was in lot of pain and was not able to walk or do any exercises. Had numbness and tingling sensation in hands and legs and sharp pain in lower back. Spine surgeon suggested to start physiotherapy so I found Nirmal physiotherapy and undergoing my treatment here since October. Dr Dhiraj Jaiswal and Dr Premlata are knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Dhiraj understands the problem and explains it in a simple way. The doctors here guide properly with the exercises and machines and motivates to recover faster. Dr Dhiraj is very knowledgeable and helps with proper treatment and with proper machines. He follow ups with the patients and guide them accordingly. I can see the improvement in my health. Assistants here are good and very helpful. Highly recommended. Reasonable rates and well equipped machines.

I was suffering from knee pain due to chondromalacia and meniscus tear for 2 months and had to refrain from any kind of physical activity. After consulting an orthopaedic doctor my situation was okay, because I used to consume heavy medicines / pain killers, which was apparently a temporary solution and I was completely depressed and hopeless.

One of my relatives suggested me to go for physiotherapy.

Then on 18th November I consulted Dr. Dhiraj he diagnosed me properly and assured me that I’ll be cured completely and it would take time. In the first week my pain started to disappear and after a month my discomfort was almost gone.

I had knee problems and tried out several different doctors, and everyone was unable to do proper treatment for me; the lights were deeding out for me until I was introduced to Nirmal physio care, and Dr. Premlata was the one who helped me out. I am Geetika and I have been going to Nirmal Advanced Physio Therapy centre for 1 and half months for now. This is one of the most amazing physio treatment centres in Mira Road. I have been going to this place for my neck treatment which I discovered 6 months ago. But last 1 month had been very bad as the neck pain was intense due to bad posture during work . I had severe pain in neck and hand. It was difficult for me to sleep at night and to do day to day activities. we came to know through MRI that I had cervical issue. Doctor recommended Physiotherapy. I'm archana sharma from Mira Road I’m a sports student. 5months before my right leg got fractured and underwent for surgery and was on bed rest for 4months.
