I had visited The body mechanics physiotherapy centre with terrible pain in my low back and right knee joint. First session itself i found out amazing relief in my pain and within few days i was back to my routine. All heartfelt thanks to Dr. Mahesh Mhatre. He is very kind , make us understands actually what is the problem, also he knows very well what he is doing and his exercise are wonderful and magical. Being a fitness coach i have met a lot of physiotherapists in my journey and trust me Dr. Mahesh undoubtedly is the best so far. You will know it the moment you speak to to him. He will patiently listen understand your problem by asking questions if required. Do the necessary assessments and find the root cause of your problems, and treat you accordingly... You won't leave the clinic u satisfied. Keep up the good work Dr ji.

Problem - For a 28 year old, I had a severe pinching pain in my wrist, from doing 30 push-ups , I could not even hold the pushup position of my weight due to the wrist pain.

Experience - Dr. Arlene very patiently listened to the problem and asked extremely relevant questions regarding the pain and any history of pain in the wrist.

Needless to say, it was something really complicated and not easy to diagnose the origin.
She did not give up and in 3 sessions I was back on track. I did get the issue again (as I did not follow the exercises she told me to do) , but now it's been 2 months that I am all good and the pain has gone for the better.

Unlike doctors who call you back for visits, she will always teach you the exercises and tell them how it can be done at home so you don't have to take the pain of coming again, splendid.

She solved a complicated problem in a few visits , tried various methods and never gave up.

This clinic and the doctor is highly recommended for youngsters too !

Excellent work done by the mam .
Explaining and getting done all exercises as per suggested by orthopedic doctor.
She is also provides videos of all exercises which is very helpful for home practice

It's a physiotherapy centre, Dr.Mahesh Mahatre who sees patients is very good at his job, he is patient n explains what the problem is, n course of treatment.The centre is clean, air conditioned, has soothing music.
Two minutes walk from Brindavan bus depot. Would highly recommend this centre.
