I availed cab service from Shaline cabs on 13th September. The experience was really good. The cab was clean and well maintained. The driver was seasoned and his behavior was professional. As per the driver their services are similar to Ola/Uber where they have to start the trip on the device as the passenger boards in and the passenger (or the person who has booked the cab) received a text message. Similarly after the passenger has been dropped off another text message is received in which details of distance covered, hours availed and payment details are provided. In all, it's a very good service provider. Highly recommended.
