I didn’t expect these kind of exceptional experiences from the Kinder Hospital. The Mykare Healthcare Service arranged the surgery in this hospital. The manger Mr. Manoj and team contacted me from the beginning and has given proper instructions. One of the Mykare team members Mis. Juwel has guided me in the hospital, she was very enthusiastic and energetic staff, and she has done proper follow up's. The hospital has outstanding team with caring and compassionate doctors (Especially Dr. Nithin and Team) and nurses (Surgery ICU Nurses Mr. Dileep and Mis. Anju and the 7th Floor duty Nurse's Mrs. Neethu etc… sincere apologies I didn’t mentioned the others name). Hygienic and cleaned rooms, housekeeping staffs are done a grate job. The restaurant service also deserves a great appreciation, because they maintained a healthy and worthy food items with good quality and quantity. Thank you do much for the entire team for taken care of me. I would definitely recommend this hospital for everyone. Once again than you so much...😊

I had successful vbac (vaginal birth after cesarean) delivery under dr. Madhuja Gopishyam on December 16th 2023 @6.52am.. We are very satisfied with the team kinder & am proudly recommended💓.. Dr. Madhuja such a lovely person.. She supported us very much throughout our pregnancy journey.. I had taken a periodic medicaI examination and it was a very nice experience for me, Staffs were too friendly - It could have been better to give food coupon for below 40 years of age.

One of the BEST hospital for delivery, they have a package called jananimithra and that is really helpful. They not only care for our physical health but also take good care of our mental strength

Must say, exceptional service! My mother was admitted for a week due to age related issues around an year ago. We were consulting Dr. Sherley. Every staff, security, nursing, lab, catering, ground staff and doctors. Everyone were very courteous. The billing was also very smooth. We were very contended by their service. Hearty thanks for providing such service to the people.

Excellent Services and Care Provided. DR. SHIVJI and the pediatric team and nurse staff helped us & supported us during our kids treatment. Not only has she taken excellent care of my health, but she is also delightful to speak with at every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such personal touches and genuine care for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care. During my second pregnancy, despite health issues including medicine allergies and epilepsy, the doctor provided me with the best treatment and care. Moreover, I must commend each and every staff member, from security to the top, for their helpful and professional personalities. All the employees were kind, and I appreciate that they listened to me and genuinely cared about my problems, offering immediate responses. I value the friendly, non-threatening atmosphere and the prompt attention I received. I had a very positive experience at Kinder Hospital Pathadipalam for my wife's treatment. The doctors and staff were all very knowledgeable and caring, and they went out of their way to make sure that my wife was comfortable and well-informed throughout her stay.

We were particularly impressed with the level of personalized care that we received. The doctors took the time to listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions. They also made sure to keep us updated on my wife's progress every step of the way.

The hospital itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food is good.

I’m 𝐉𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐣𝐨𝐲 , My father 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 was admitted in 𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐎𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋 (𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫) and we got a good service from the department(Department of Internal Medicine and Diabetology) where my father was admitted. 𝐃𝐫 𝐀 𝐏 𝐑𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐧𝐚𝐧 was our doctor... He was so comforting and supportive. He taught us about the treatment, management etc very well... And also 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐮 Sister took care of my father very well...

Today we visited kinder for my daughter's dental treatments, Dr Gayatri and Dr keerthy have consulted her. They have done my daughter's treatments efficiently. Dental staff nurse is also caring towards the patients in a comfortable manner

Dr. Smitha Surendran and the attentive team at Kinder Hospital deserve immense credit for their exceptional care during our pregnancy journey and delivery. From the diligent PRO, Amrutha, to the labor room doctors, nurses. each played a vital role in making our experience smooth and comforting

Dr. Smitha's patience, approachability, and friendly demeanor in addressing our concerns made every consultation valuable. We never felt rushed, ensuring all our questions were answered thoroughly.

However, we must mention that the canteen's food quality and service were pathetic.An example,They once delivered evening snack for the patient 3 hrs after the normal scheduled time, that too after 3 follow up.Sad thing is that, issue has become only worse even after multiple -ve feedback to Kinder Management. Despite this, we commend the medical staff for their unwavering commitment and professionalism.

Overall, Kinder Hospital offers top-notch medical care,one of the best hospital in Ernakulam for pregnancy journey.Many thanks to the entire team for their dedication and support.

I was invited for the ‘Mom Mix’ event that was a Christmas cake fruit mixing event for pregnant women. It was such a fun event and it’s going to be a precious pregnancy time memory for me forever! I could meet so many pregnant mamas and enjoy some delicious hi tea delicacies as well.
Cherry on top of the cake was me winning the lucky draw that was my first time winning anything really! Loved the whole experience and it was truly a memorable day and made me feel pampered and cared for- which is what pregnant mamas really need to get through this time…
