Mathardev Baba temple is situated in Sarni dist- Betul in the neighbouring hills of Satpura ranges.

- Beautiful place for hindus.
- Greenery all around.
- Beware of monkey, they take our prashad or harm us.

Every year a 10-day fair(Mathardev_Mela) is held here from Makar Sankranti(14th January), at this time many devout come here to visit temple.

If you want to visit by train then take reservation to Bhopal (app. 200km) Itarsi(app. 90KM), Betul(app. 50KM), Ghoradongri(app. 18KM) then take bus, private car, jeep. Temple is open in all season. but most fav time to visit is January month.

I love this place. Very peaceful. Blessing of Mathardeo Baba is always with the devotee. Pure natural place. Temple is under construction. Mathardeo hill tracks is very enjoyable. Beware of monkey as they pick any item in your hand especially food items. Scenic beauty is very good. The MP thermal power generation plant is also here.
