Shri Ganesh Mandir Connaught place

ts a nav grah mandir(temple) well situated in the middle of the city .The south indian style this temple has all the preist from south india (tamil brahmins).
They offered prayers for nav grah shanti or maha upay for nav grah (according to them)you can also book special nav grah puja for your self (booking)in the early morning.
Architect wise its a typically south indian style beautiful temple with the positive vines all over the area feels you calm and relaxed with chants of vedic mantra .

Ganesh Mandir was built in 1952 by V. Sankar Iyer on the land donated by Birlas. In my opinion, this temple is the first South Indian temple in Delhi. Later on many South Indian temples have come up in the National Capital. This temple is very compact because of space constraints. Once upon a time, this temple was a hub for Tambrahms of Delhi, if I may say so.

It's a shiv ji and shani dev temple...One can find peace and calmness after visiting this holy place. Just 50mtr distance from prachin Hanuman mandir. ॐ नमः शिवाय 🙏

Shani temple is also available inside the campus of temple. Clean and peaceful. Little crowded on Saturday especially at evening. Outside temple you may get tea and kachoris. Temple is near Rajiv chowk metro station.

Closes at 8 pm. Next to hanuman temple. Map to Ganesh temple is twisted. So, better to locate hanuman temple and Ganesha temple is located next to it. Happy darshan!!
