Aquays Hotels & Resorts Neil Island

The resort is amazingly beautiful with nice and comfy rooms. There are two big swimming pools with one with direct steps from some of the rooms. We took a stepping pool room. The restaurant (Sea Bites) has a good view of the resort and serve good food. There are other restaurants and souvenir shops nearby for tourists. The staff is polite and helped us in setting up the extra bed. It also has a beach but it is not worth visiting as it very muddy and has many stray dogs roaming around. Overall, our experience in the hotel was very nice.

Mr. Nikhil who presented the candle light dinner was very polite and we totally loved the way he went through with our candle light dinner.
The candle light dinner in itself was magnificent. The lighting, the backdrop, the surrounding everything madd our special night even more special.

We had one night stay over there...and the ambience was quite beautiful the resort, swimming pool, play garden for children everything was quite good....
My daughter caught a fever over neil island but the polite staff helped us to stay for longer duration than our check out time to take some rest.
Food quality can be bit improved but overall it was good experience.

Excellent stay here for a night. Visited October 1st week 2023 . Beautiful property with two pools, private beach access. Rooms were excellent, service is excellent. Only negative thing here is the network. Only Airtel and BSNL show network here and the wifi in this hotel is horrible.

It was a pleasant experience overall! Rooms are neat and clean, location is great and service is also nice. Food is delicious, must try the buffet for lunch and dinner.

Everything is good and most delightful experience was candle light dinner it was very awesome, and there is a guy his name was nikhil at candle light dinner he was very cooperative and friendly, food was also good. Overall experience was awesome in this hotel

Rooms are spacious enough. There was hot water all the time, did not have to take turns showering. Location is nice and quiet, maybe evem too quiet you can hear the people next door. Breakfast is all indian. Staff was rwally helpful, helped to call different people to arrange tours (we had no local number) also arranged a scooty to hotell, no need to go and find ot myself.

Good Pool. Well Maintained Room. Close Proximity to Jetty. However the Beach is very Dirty and Stinky mostly cause the Hotel drainage flows there. If you are looking for Beach facing then I won't recommend it but the ambience is supercool.

Sujan's service at the restaurant is very good. Great place to come with family and friends. Good service from the hotel staff.
If you are visiting Niel Island, do come and stay here. Overall 5/5.

Great location, most important great hospitality. Very good staff. Solve your situation by ease Sujan in F and B services his behavior is very calm and decent. Manage every situation with great understanding. 👍

We had a candle light dinner, it was an amazing experience on beach side.

Rooms r good. Hygiene cleanliness and staff behaviour were beyond expectations. Ground floor rooms have balcony access to the swimming pool. Ideal for tourist travelling with children’s as there park is having abundant facilities for children’s to play various activities. Network issue ll b dere which is common in whole Neil island. Only airtel n BSNL works. Beach side view is as usually mesmerising. Overall a gud stay and is recommended for ol.

The place is beautiful with a very joyful vibe and the room and service is awesome too.

Not a good place to stay in Neil..!! When you see the photos it will be mesmerizing, ofcourse I too had the same idea..!! Ambiance is comparatively good but rooms are poor..!!
Verybad wifi, power offs are often, rooms are not in good quality some renovation work is going on which wasn't mentioned earlier, room smell wasn't good, main destinations are far, apart from Sitapur beach..
Only one thing is restaurant hospitality was good, still price was little high..!!

It was awesome. Ideal location, excellent property and equally good food and above all an extraordinary experience and service provided by all the support staff. Want to be here again. Thanks to all AQUAYS team.

Outstanding hotel aquays.For giving such beautiful memories. Amazing food taste and service. The staff here are very friendly.The use of housekeeping is the best among them.
