The service at the restaurant is just too good. The staff are very professional and take care of your requests. The quantity of food is really good and the ambience is nice as well.

I had a perfect stay.. Good hotel and ambience was perfect.. Staffs were good, well behaved, polite and trained. Room service is very good, neat and clean. Special thanks to Sudam for his timely and well behaved service. It was a Happy & Comfy Stay. Higly recommended 👍

Restaurant premises should be more clean. Staffs r good and efficient. But more emphasis should be given to cleanliness. Entrance is also somewhat bad for stagnant water.

Lovely ambience lovely rooms the staff is super polite the lady who cleans our rooms is super duper nice loved my stay allot also the breakfast was amazing. You maintenance team came and fixed the ac in less than 5 minutes amazing service and response time. I am satisfied. Thank your team keep up the good work 👏

The food was extremely good. The manager was also so sophisticated and well trained for conversation. Overall, it is a nice place to visit and it also gives a vibe of old times of the British structure.

The best hotel to stay in Silchar. Although the colonial vibe of erstwhile Tea Estate Sahib's club is gone, but still has so much history. Fantastic service and adequate parking.

I have been staying at Cachar Club, Silchar for quite a few occasions. The front office attendant Ms. Shobita Sinha.. Babon Roy at the Restaurant, Ratan Saha at Maintenance Department are very pleasant people and always try to make guest’s stay very pleasant.

It was my first time in Hotel Cachhar Club had a very good experience it was an overnight stay the entire staff was very polite and courteous especially Biju the Housekeeping Supervisor and Sudam from the Room Service. The Front office was very prompt in their response. The restaurant has a very good atmosphere and a very good serving staff, though a few dishes were overpriced but the food was very excellent.The Entire Support team at Hotel Cachhar Club was awesome they would go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Had A Very Good Staying Experience would come again in near future.
