No words to describe the grandeur, the sublime garden, the soothing splatter of the fountains, the elegance of the inlaid marble and absolutely delicious (and quite an unlimited breakfast) at Sahib Café. Ranging from an array of South Indian specialities (masala dosa, idli, vada, upma) to continental (omelettes, French toast with maple syrup), Asian (pan fried noodles) and North Indian (puri-sabzi) - all washed down with a range of fresh fruit juices or masala chai with gur. All the swimming definitely paid off with the reward of a breakfast par excellence!

One of my must visit places for dinner when I’m in Lucknow. The staff at Sahib Cafe is extremely courteous. I arrived early for dinner today while the rest of the people were on their way. I was made comfortable right away. I wasn’t expected to order anything, but was provided soup just like that while I was waiting because our table attendant, Sh. Sharad said “Mam, you’re waiting just like that, I’m not liking it. Please have this soup while you wait.” 5/5 for that Taj! The Indian delicacies are unbeatable. Try Galawti Kebabs and Biryani. They also do a mean Margarita Pizza… lovely fresh dough, thin crust etc. I didn’t have a chance to order much but I was recommended a nice cocktail- a pineapple martini which was really well made. Do visit.

One of the best breakfast buffets in Lucknow. The staff genuinely wants you to enjoy and eat your heart out. Breads, puris, dosas and parathas are brought fresh to your table. Love the seasonal fresh fruit juices, and the authentic North Indian brunch menu items like khasta and kachori.
Great variety in the dinner menu as well. The Galouti kebab, rabri and gulab jamun especially stand out

Food & Cake was good & delicious.. Specially Kadai paneer & Daal Tadka.

Even you can try hot & sour soup.

Staff was polite and ambience was good.

Very attractive cafe beside Gomti river front Lucknow. Foods are too delicious. I request you to go with your family and friend once.

Breakfast selections are great, the hot foods are interesting and they change it up daily. Eggs are made to order. Good balance between Indian and other cuisines. Staff are very attentive which makes all the difference, and the masala chais are lovely.

Sharing my excellent experience I had at sahib cafe, Taj hotel Lucknow.
My friend wanted to visit Taj with his family, he wanted to have a good experience in terms of hospitality, since he was not from Lucknow so was a little apprehensive as he had some special guests for coffee. He told me about his expectations. I called up the hotel desk spoke to Jaskaran and told him about the requirements, he assured that it will be taken care of. Saumya, his team member, ensured that everything was as per the requirement and made the experience more than pleasant.

This really proves why Taj is Taj, u just can't risk the important meetings by going to other 5 stars.

The cafe is very superb for couples and for family members and very good food and snacks and very maintained cafe for partys and birthday and they are providing food as well as veg and non veg

Just visited charcoal yesterday... We really enjoyed there... We have ordorde murgh Tikka and tandoori vegetable which was really amazing... A special thanks to SAUMYA , she help us to deciding our food . She was very courteous and professional... And this is the speciality of Taj , there ambiance and service is very different and special from rest of restruranre.

Excellent friendly and homely team and best breakfast spread of Lucknow Lucknavi Chai and hospitality of Sharad. It’s an experience of home away from home. The food is both healthy and deliciously prepared. The paratha are well cooked.
