I'm using this petrol pump service more then 9 years & I'm over-all experience was good till now. I'm full filling fuel of my vehicles here only. Every staff of this petrol pump are friendly they assist each & every customer very politely & calmly. Here you get air filling facility also you will get puc, new insurance, service available here. puncture service also available for all time. Chaayos facility also available if want to buy some snacks for your kids then shop also available here for emergency washroom facility available here. Everything was good here there is no doubt on this except 1 thing which is rush in morning time. There is so much rush in morning after 9 am to till 1 pm so avoid visit during this time rest all r OK.

I am using for last 7 years. Good service for car petrol filling. I know the entire team due to regular visit and they are very friendly and professional and offer good service with smile ( really) They have all in one service for all needs making it easier to reach and free from traffic of WEH. Ideal location . They have Free Air and Nitrogen on chargeable basis which works without any issues all the time. They also offer PUC services . They have recently opened EV charging station for all electric vehicles which is a great step to offer better customer care which is changing day by day
They also recently added CHAAYOS counter where one can refresh with tea and snacks

Located near Aarey colony goregaon. Well maintained petrol pump. You don't have to wait in queue. Clean place.

Excellent service, clean toilets, good helpful staff......the pump wasn't having drinking water but the supervisor provided a bottle of water for the staff. excellent Supervisor God bless him

Few days back I have an amazing experience with the petrol pump General manager. As by mistake I have paid 3k and my bill was of 2,300. When I realized that I had paid extra. I had contacted with the General Manager of the Pump, as soon I contacted him I had said that the mistake was from my side not the pump staff side. He immediately took action against my complaint and he had returned my money back. Thanks once again to the General Manager for your quick response and your service is very good.

Quite spacious, courteous staff, Air & Nitrogen filling facility available. Would have been convenient had there been a direct approach from the Western Express Highway. Currently one has to go by the side of the Aarey Flyover (for people travelling on the highway from north to south) to reach the petrol pump.

Excess Payment by debit card was promptly refunded by Mr. Manoj even without visiting the petrol pump or following up physically. Extremely helpful and would recommend the IOC Goregaon petrol pump on the Western express Highway to my fellow travellers for all the excellent facilities available including EV charging.

Had small issue on 15th may 2023 called Manoj sir explained my problem.
Issue solved within 24 hours very few Pumps listen to the customers problem but Mr.Manoj is very calm person he listen my entire issue than said don't worry i will solve ur problem which he did.

Nice spacious petrol pump. Decent staff , service needs to be bit improved . Plus point is that this pump is located on main highway

The most trusted petrol pump I have ever seen In my 25 years of driving. Must appreciate the support rendered by the team of Indian oil petrol pump near Aarey, Fort Motor Equipment Company.
I asked for 3000 worth petrol and paid 4000. I was in hurry thus forget to collect balance 1000. When I remembered next day I called up pump, I sourced the number fm google. I was helped by them and finally Mr. Dheeraj mishra investigated and checked cctv. He instantly paid back my money. Really appreciate the gesture. Many Thanks Team.

Good petrol pump, company operated so fuel is good too. However the air filling guy is 100 times absent from his place. Also the nitrogen available here doesn't have any free of cost refil. Each time you need to pay 30 rupees.
