First of all check the meter while making oil because there is rigging in oil. People used to fill less oil, but there is nothing like that here. People do a good job and start filling oil only after showing the reading.

It's my 6th year in Dehradun, I have tried almost all the petrol pump in Dehradun, only two petrol pump are worth giving a shot without even thinking about quality of oil and any sort of trickery, one is Ashirwad and another one is Clocktower. As far as I know, I haven't fooled by them, they offer best, Paytm all bank cards are accepted, its got little puncture shop as well.
