I can only be positive. Jaipur has 5,5 mln inhabitants, a lot of visitors and the Tourist Police has limited capacity. Still, taking their job seriously to help.

I forgot my phone in the taxi, totally my mistake. Fortunately, we knew the license plate and we asked the Tourist Police if they could support to track my phone.

The officer, Mr Satya Pal Singh, took all the time to listen to my story and used his network to get in contact with the owner and the driver of the cab. Within 5 hours the phone was returned to the office and we could collect it. The driver, apparently, did not know how to return it to us.

Mr Singh promissed to help us and so he did!

Thanks

Wow, it's so hard to describe in words how grateful I am. I lost my wallet in a cab on Christmas Eve. I was certain I would never see it again, but Satya Pal Singh helped us track down the cab driver, who was also amazing in returning it. It was a Christmas miracle! These guys are awesome. It's great to know they are here.

Hats off to Jaipur police. Mr Virender Singh of Jaipur police really helped us a lot.Words are less to tell about him. I reside in Bangalore.Through India mart, I had placed an order for lord Krishna Murti. I had paid 16 000, but that supplier took the money but didn't send the Murti. For 2 months he was going on giving reasons and he stopped taking my calls n was not ready to give money back. I didnt know anyone in Jaipur. I was searching in Google than I found tourist police.First time Virender Singh ji received the call n I told him everything. He said give me some time I will do all the interogation get back.My husband was like leave it nobody will help us.But this god, Virender Singh ji called up after 3 days and told the guy will put back your money back.If he doesn't put you please let me know. The Murti guy called up by himself, he was not taking calls before and now he said Madam I will put back your money. I was in tears.Virender Singh ji is god in disguise in my case.I was in Bangalore where is Jaipur. But Sir really helped me out.Thank you so much Sir.My words to thank you is really less and I am indebtful to you Sir.To find such sincere police like Virender Singh ji is very very rare.
