Very bad behavior of the staff sitting on counter. Either they have no respect for customers or they have so many customers that don't bother if customer walks out due to behaviour of their staff. First instance- Gave a Saree for dryclean & have to followup for 2 months for that saree as they mis placed the saree. Every time staff says, they will call back once the item is found. Second instance- Gave a cloth with a mark on it. Even after 3 dry cleans, they were not able to clean that spot. Only after I shouted on them, they made it sure that the cloth is drycleaned and spot removed.

Today, even after so much issues earlier, went there to give clothes for dryclean. The staff misbehaved with me as if I am asking them to dryclean it for free.
Avoid Going to Naaz, tonk road, opp central Bank for any Dryclean requirements.
