Shocked, can't believe SBI giving a such fantastic service now days. went over there for YONO app issue no one employee says sir go to this counter or come after 2 its are lunch break etc.Ms Manali help me a lot to generate my atm pin reorder my passbook just in 5 min happy with Sbi

I went there with an acquaintance. The work atmosphere surprised me. Staff is so quick and courteous. I did not see customers in discomfort. To be frank, did not expect such a work culture in a PSU bank.
