Five gold stars for the manner in which this Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom is maintained by Fortpoint Automotive. Even more gold stars for their staff selection process and training.
This was the third car showroom we visited to research check cars before finalising and buying. We were met by an immaculate clean bright showroom, welcomed in immediately and provided for coffee (very good coffee!) and water.
Within minutes of getting comfortable Senior Sales person Pooja Pawar came smilingly and explained each and every fixture and accessory in the Brezza standing there. She was soft spoken thorough knowledgeable polite yet firm (when we negotiated). All with that sweet smile.
We loved the Brezza - in its class best in space finish and power!!!
My husband the car expert literally fell in love with THIS car at the showroom!
So we got that same car and the entire process was hassle-free seamless, friendly.
Both Manager Sachin Gawde and Pooja Pawar are ace salespersons.
They know exactly when to give in and when to smilingly stand their ground.
Once we’d begun the process we were clear about our preferred delivery date and time.
They’d agreed.
For ten days we had DAILY updates, messages and calls to inform us what was happening assuring us they’re doing their utmost to deliver our new car as requested.
THIS level of high customer service and efficiency we have not experienced often and we’re and still are v v happy.
We felt taken care of, given importance and ever so politely.
Even their CEO is a smiling professional.
Today on this auspicious day we’ve taken delivery of our new Brezza completely satisfied that Pooja and Sachin stuck to their word 🙏🏼
