If you get a sea view room, nothing like it.. It's absolutely fabulous.. I really love sleeping and waking to that view.
Nice pool, pool slide, game park, inside game area for kids to enjoy.
Great in all aspects and follow standards.
The suites and rooms with balconies are fabulous. Whether the cost justifies, I guess depends on ones own pocket.

Was there for a weekend with the kids. And it was the most fun experience I've had in a while. The staff made everything, right from the check-in, such a seamless and stress-free process. Plus, they were super proactive with help.
Loved the room, the pool experience and of course, the food at Malabar Cafe and Grand Lounge.

An awesome hotel to stay in Kochi. It has amazing views of the backwaters from specific rooms, which would be great for people who love nature views. I liked the view from my room and also kept the curtains open throughout the night as well to watch the waters!
The staff were very courteous as well. The food was also very good, especially the breakfast.
The spa requires prior appointment at least a day or two earlier, so if you plan to avail spa services, I'd recommend taking an appointment in advance rather than a walk-in.
Overall, a great hotel and I'd highly recommend.

I had a buffet dinner here on Ramadan day. The view is just spectacular. Nice ambience, soothing breeze, crescent moon, amazing food and drooling drinks is what made the night so memorable. Must visit places in Kochi.

If you want to pick the points that require improvement:
- Bit Slow room service. Guess most of big 5starts are like that.. Occupancy is proportional to waiting time; is my theory.
- if buffet floor is fully occupied, suggest you go and wait to get your orders or be ready to wait a bit and enjoy the view outside.

Fantastic stay. Clean rooms that are spacious with an enormous terrace.
Two pools. Indoor (heated) and outdoor. The buffet breakfast is enormous and tasty. There were plenty of activities on offer but sadly we didn't have time for them. Archery, kayaking, scuba diving just to name a few. Staff were friendly and accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Hospitality was good and it was a no fuss vacation. The pools are clean and the private beach is a highlight of the hotel. From food point of view veg options are limited but decent. Paratha, curry, baked beans, variety of juices makes up for it.

Had an amazing time during our stay here. Staff was amazingly kind (shout out to Shiba at the rooftop bar who was great!). Rooms are beautiful (make sure you get the sea / west facing ones), pools are superb and best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had !

Located amidst the backwaters in Bolgatty, a serene atmosphere.. worth to spend a vacation with family/friends.

Went there for food and drinks. Atmosphere was exceptional and the food was excellent. The service surpassed it all. I had a horrible headache that was getting worse, and I was told hotels in India don't sell things like Tylenol. Given how nice this hotel was, I figured they might. I was wrong, they don't but the employee i asked went out and found me some. That's fantsstic service.

We booked the luxury suite with a balcony, and it was a great experience. The suite was large, very clean and well-decorated. Staff members were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was great, too.

At first glance, the decorations of the room look elegant and beautiful. It has two king beds and two sofas and a balcony. The room even comes with provided as well! It also comes with a heater. The panoramic view is spectacular and I enjoyed watching the sunsets during my stay there.

One of the best Buffet and Brunch I've had throughout my life. Best Mediterranean food with an amazing view from the Rooftop. Really good spread of Meat and Lovely desserts. Kudos to the Hospitality, especially of Mr Ajo who took care of all our requests.
