Good service, polite and co-operative staff

We had a terrible experience with Uclean when we entrusted them with three pairs of our shoes, including my white and black Reebok pair. Their explanation was that the sole was glued, which led to it tearing during the washing process. Despite the shoes being in relatively good condition when we handed them over, they returned them in a multi-colored, torn state. We've lost confidence in their services and won't be using them again.

Had a very bad experience. Absolutely bad quality of ironing/dry cleaning. Avoid this place at all cost. They’re spoiling name of uclean franchise.
