Kochi Marriott Hotel

We love this hotel so much! It is honestly our favourite hotel that we've ever been to. It feels very luxurious and the facilities are excellent. The buffet available is incredible as well. The staff is very kind and helpful. Special mention to Gayathri who helped us get checked in and was very welcoming. We ended up coming back to Kochi a day early to have an extra night at the Marriott. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel with well-trained staff who are not overbearing but who are very friendly, attentive and supportive. Special shout out to Dilsha who delivered a delicious and luscious chocolate cake on my birthday, to Achu for an efficient and polite service during breakfast and the smiley and upbeat buggy driver who took me across to the Lulu mall each day. My third visit now and will not hesitate to stay at the Marriott Kochi again.

I had the pleasure of dining at Marriott during my recent visit and it was an absolute good moment .
The ambiance at Marriott is enchanting. The decor is elegant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every dish I tried was marvelous.The menu boasts a diverse range of options, from local specialties to international favorites.
What made this dining experience truly exceptional was the impeccable service. Overall it was an enjoyable day at Marriott.

Overall great hotel. Luxurious, beautiful, clean, amazing (truely incredible staff), and delicious food. Great executive lounge with good alcohol options.

However, lukewarm water most evenings. Nothing more depressing than getting off work and coming back to a lukewarm shower (can't even take a bath).

5 Stars except for the lukewarm water.

I love this hotel and the facilities, staffs are very professional and polite, they always ready to assist and help you. Breakfast a buffet is amazing and staff around there are always taking care of you, The chefs are personally approaching guest and asking any special request, specially chef baba khan is one of the best. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

I found my entire stay was a thrilling experience born out of professional commitment by each and every staff of the Hotel.. Be it sales & marketing executives like Mr Kamaruddin, Mr Vinod Nair, valet parking and buggie drivers, front desk staff Mr Aatik (speaks three languages fluently), The usherer, the room services boys, the swimming & gym instructord and above all the, rather the best set of catering and restaurant staff like Mr Mahabir. I am thankful to each of them too have made a otherwise body schedule a beautiful mix of fulfillment and good memories of Kochi

Hotel has excellent hospitality and service. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. All our requests were answered in a timely manner. Compared to western hotels, this hotel meets all standards and expectations. The shower worked very nicely and the breakfast had a very large and adequate selection. The location is excellent and is very close to the LuLu Mall for dining and Metro station. Also not too far from the airport and exploring Kochi or outside destinations.

Very warm hospitality, Best property in kochi, Ramya at the restaurant(food and hygiene dept) was very warm and helpful. Anthony at the pool bar made my evening special by serving the drinks along with his humorous talks. Keep it up.

I had a business trip and from he moment I stepped in , the experience was awesome. The front desk personnel, Rachel was really helpful . May it be for booking or reaching my stuff to the room or booking a cab back to the airport, the hotel did a great job. I would give all stars for cleanliness, respect for privacy and the promptness of the front desk. The breakfast buffet is vast but because i was on the rush i wouldn't say i got time to enjoy it. Definitely keeping it in my list of repeat stay hotels in cochin.

The hospitality at Marriott was one of the best. The Staff were all v customer friendly. The front office executive Rachel arranged fruit platter on the day of check- in for my parents.The Front office Manager Mr.Anuraag personally called us and enquired about our comfort. Ms Rose was very friendly with my parents. Front desk Executive, Ms Monica gave us proper details of the Ferry ride and Water Metro. Restaurant Manager, Mr.Arup attended to and even packed food for us for the road travel next day. The breakfast buffet spread had very good with a wide spread of vegetarian options. The live Dosa, Poori and Paratha counter was really tasty. They have 24/7 buggy service to Lulu mall. The Housekeeping attended to our needs even late in the night and attend immediately. The see off was very heartwarming and friendly. The view from our room was beautiful . We'd love to revisit if possible and will surely recomend this Marriott hotel to our friends. Marriott Kochi near Lulu Mall deserves high appreciation for the hospitality and extremely quick service.

Wea re visit kochi marriot as chef boobalan recommend .. we had many hotels but kochi Marriott buffet is mouth watering...we came with our friends...karala breakfast and service..there no way anywhere never get the this kind of service

My recent stay at these hotel was truly exceptional. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. I could not stay there having made a booking error ( booked wrong night). Ended up there on 27th Jan at 1:30 AM - they had no vacancy. But the night staff was extremely helpful to locate another Hotel - they did not have to.

Kochi Marriott is a very well-managed and conveniently located hotel. Helpful and attentive staff that is genuinely interested in providing excellent service. Spotlessly clean rooms, epic breakfast selection, delicious kitchen.

It was an absolute pleasure having stayed at your hotel for the last 4 days. The ambience, the immaculate room, the smorgasbord of cuisine and the list goes on made us feel like we had the best holiday in Kerala.

One particular aspect remarkably stood out are the Marriott staff! A special mention to Saurav A., Rose,Gayatri and Vivek for always welcoming us with the warmest smile but one person really stood out was Shanmuga. We felt we got a very personal family like welcome from him every time we meet and to the extend he prepared a special masala tea for us!

Kudos to JWK for training your staff members to this kind of professionalism and treating their guests like family.

Your staff really understands the importance of customer experience and delivered it above and beyond!
