Recently got delivery of Tata Punch Adv Rhy CNG, overall delivery process was very good.
Few hickups initially as contact people kept on changing due to attrition so was difficult to manage. But got stable team at last which delivered upto expectation. Team ( Harish and Bhushan) helped me to arrange PDI and Bhushan supported me during PDI visit to inspect my car to my satisfaction. Later team insured that my all issues identified during PDI got addressed and also the delivery day was made special as car was ready before time and Panditji support was also provided by Heritage to perform pooja and other rituals.
