Shree Rameshwara Swamy Temple is a complex of temples includes..
Main temple of Lord Shiva Linga, a small Lord Ganesha temple also situated inside called KAMBADA GANESHA.
Includes:
Lord Shree Lakshmi Venkata temple.
Lord Shree Madhava temple.
Lord Shree Hanuman temple.
Temple is situated on the bank of Tunga river.
Here daily afternoon lunch also provided, very tasty food.
Cool and calm place, maintained very neatly.

We visited on a day when some auspicious function was taking place. The main temple seemed very old but the exterior renovations are new. All the exterior work is still continuing. View from the back side of the valley below is good.

Accessibility for PWD’s is poor.

Neatly maintained temple. Not sure of the age but looks new. Could be due to the maintenance. The priests were keen about us. Maybe because we looked out of place. Good experience. Worth a half an hour visit.

Visited the temple during Yellu Avamase Jathre. A devine place to spend time in the evening or early mornings. Tunga rover flowing beside adds tune to the peaceful environment.

Sri Rameshwara Temple in Tirthahalli is situated on the banks of the river Tunga. The sanctum sanctorum of the temple has a Lingam which is said to have been installed by Lord Parashurama. Therefore the temple is considered Parashurama Thirtha. There is a Rama Tirtha mantapa nearby. It is believed that, Lord Parashurama cleaned his axe in the Tunga River at this place.

Peace nature,very positive vibe, Temple infrastructure is so good. A must visit place in thirthahalli.

A serene temple on the plains of river Tunga. Near by the legendary Parashuramana konda (place where lord Parashurama washed his weapon).

The old temple has been renovated now and it is full of vibrant energy. On the day of jatre it's even more awesome. A must visit temple.

According to mythology, Lord Rama had visited this place in search of Devi seeta ma that time he worshiped lord Shiva to get seeta devi. Very beautiful place to enjoy at all time. We loved it very much.
