Hello Embassy team,

I have applied work permit Visa through Chennai VFS by 20th November 2023.
My visa haven’t processed for three months. Still I am waiting for last 92 days since it reached to embassy.
Kindly process it as soon as possible.
My company asking me to join as soon as possible.

I read all the bad reviews and was worried about applying for a tourist visa at Croatian embassy but decided to risk it anyway (cause i had already paid VFS service charge). It was a worthy decision, cause i received my passport in exactly 2 weeks from the day of submission. The embassy called me up to clarify a doubt they had, the lady was super professional. They processed the visa in 5 working days! If your documents are in order, it shouldn't be an issue.

Hello dear sir/ madam I’m from Nepal I was applied Croatia on excavator operator, for work permit visa from Trade Centre, Bandra Kurla Complex, (East) Mumbai on 19 June 2023 in VFS Global,

due to continued pressure from the Croatian Employer to arrive according to our contract schedule and it has been almost 3 month. While tracking my documents also still shows is being processed at embassy consulate New Delhi.

And Some people say they got visa within 8 days some people got visa within 25 days some people get within 35/60 days but why for some people’s getting to be late decisions

I have been stuck since 3 month, I’m gonna be die 😭 I can’t do anything without my passport why it’s to be so late. I got really big loss financially as well as time.

Going by the negative reviews, i was expecting delayed processing, but got the tourist visa in 32 days. This is becuase VFS messed up and forwarded my documents to embassy only after 19 days. Effectively my visa was processed in 11 days and received from VFS after 2 days.
My brother got visa in his hand in 10 business days and my wife in 11 business days from the day visa was submitted to VFS. So embassy is processing the visas faster. This may be because its a off season or they have improved their process

Hi, after reading so many bad reviews i was sceptical of recieving the visa on time. To my surprise I recieved the visa today couriered to home. Applied on 9th June recipet at embassy on 13th June. Recieved back passport with visa on 14th July.

VFS is still showing processing at embassy. Pathetic service by VFS after paying sms fee also no update till now.

I have applied for multiple entry schengen visa. My travel date is sept 15th

Visited the Croatian embassy in New Delhi earlier this month as I was to travel and visa did not arrive in time, Neharika at the embassy was extremely helpful in explaining us the process and where it’s stuck. Rakesh ji at the security was also humble and helpful. Thank you both for your help and making sure we got our visas in time.

After waiting for three weeks for our tourist visa, today we visited Croatia Embassy and realised that the delay was from The Ministry in Croatia.
Embassy people understood our situation and quickly processed our visa and handed it over in two hours.
Am grateful to them and looking forward to visiting their beautiful country.

P.S. : We didn’t have any contact, approached the embassy directly and had documents supporting our urgency and genuinety. It wasn’t a simple tourist visa, we had to attend a close family wedding.

Candidates are stressed over the Croatia Work visa status, It's very nearly 90 days, How long it will require to get a visa for who those submitted their file on 2/March/2023 at VFS?

The officials are very helpful and are doing their best to fastrack the applications of Visa. The Embassy is issuing Visas atleast a week prior to the travel date. Chase them but have some patience simultaneously.

Thanks alot for granting the visa on time , special thanks to Ms. Niharika for understanding the situation and granting us the visa on emergency basis . I sent my representative to request at the embassy 2 to 3 times , and they noted down my concern and granted me the visa before standard visa processing time .

One word: EXCELLENT
Whoever is applying for visa need to understand that they are the bussiest Croatian embassy from all the Croatian embassies. Staff is very polite and helpfull even if they are in so much stress due to thousands of applications, we felt great visiting. It is not possible for them to process so many applications so fast, but if you are patient everything will be done for you. Dont judge book by its cover. (It is not all negative as some comments are showing to you.)

Means first u submit your application at VFS center then it will reach Embassy then Embassy send it to VFS again then VFS courier the passport. Am I correct?

😢I'm very disappointed with the service of visa processing. There are 74 day's near to finish after submit my visa file but no update.
