My pump (Crompton mini master 1) was not able to flow the water I was complaint to customer care they send a guy and guy was visited. He take the visiting charge and told you should go service center with the motor. After a long time I was visited and I was told the problem to the concern person he told nothing and finally they change the seal. I was paid 550/- for the seal and checkwal. Again after installtion there is a same problem nothing happen good.

Now I called same service center but they did not respond me.

Note.- in my building there are 7 water pump in which 2 is crompton all are working well except Crompton.

I hope they do something for that kind problem

Absolutely Pathetic service. Crompton and their service centers are all pathetic. Not helpful at all. Rude to women.
