This college is situated outside of the city Darbhanga. Inside this college a large ground can be seen where students can enjoy and can take a cool shade between fresh environment.

One Of the Best College of Bihar, Under the state government of Bihar(Note that, I am not keeping IIT/NIT in this list, only the state government Colleges are included). The Minimum fee to pay and be an engineer. The Institution was backed by TEQUIP-3 to provide the facility members from the central government,now this is gone. The college has got build some new acdemic buildings. Campus is green and easy to locate, little far from the city.

Darbhanga College of Engineering (DCE) is a government owned engineering college in Bihar, India, inaugurated by Nitish Kumar(Chief Minister of Bihar) ESTD in 2008. It is affiliated with the Aryabhata Knowledge University, Patna.
It was previously known as Jagannath Mishra Institute of Technology(JMIT). In 2008 it reopened with a new name, Darbhanga College of Engineering, under Lalit Narayan Mithila University(LNMU). In 2011, it became a member of the AKU University. The engineering college will have four engineering branches - Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics and Computer Science with an intake of 60 per branch and 240 students in total.

It's a Govt. Engineering College in Bihar with well qualified faculties. Faculties of different streams are here by MHRD TEQIP-III. It's located in a very peaceful area of Darbhanga.

I'm satyam singh 2k17 batch DCE dbg.All of the teachers of my college are very kind and cooperative.here students also takes part in various extra curriculum activities like sports, quiz competition, speeches etc.I am proud that I am a student of DCE because we all learn here like a family
