The vice president of this place doesn't respect people working under her. She micro manages everything . People working here are not kids that they need micro management. She constantly belittle people working there.And other people without academic background just sit and say as she says. They haven't paid salary properly, there are fund issues. They mentally stress out the people working there. A lot of people are leaving the institute and because of fund issues they were underpaid and sometimes not paida for 2-3 months straight. There is no work life balance. You are expected to work 24/7 even after the work hours. You are expected to seek sick leave in advance ( I mean where is the logic). She, the vice president of phfi, disrespect you infront of others. And I assure you many more are going to leave this institution. I would at any cost won't suggest this place to even my enemies. You are expected to work 18+ hours a day and then too you will disrespected and belittled. To hell with your family and family issues, all they want is work and work and work. They are some diligent people who work themselves off but still would be disrespected as if they are not even humans.
