The treatment were good.F&B service were excellent and service of Mr.Pintu Tondan was brilliant my it's service,😊 Pt. Name Janki Bai Rajpoot ward A bed no. 1113 ..but nurse Miss Nidhi behaviour is very bad of all pesent and all attenders.

Food quality is very good
Mr bhagwan Charan and Mr devdhar has provided excellent and timely service

Overall service is good…(special thanks to sister ampi♥ she is very caring and helpful, ward girl anju didi and bahura didi both are so kind and helpful )..Food quality is also good and healthy (special thanks to kitchen staff mr devdhar and mr bhagwan)….thank you so much apollo team😊

Apollo Bilaspur has always been on a better side, covering all the basic aspects. Taking proper care of treatment, medication, house keeping, diet & everything has been done timely to ensure effectiveness. Dr. V.K.Shrivas is very gentle & polite, he listens you very carefully which is not been done by all the doctors, also Nurse Incharge Ms. Shalini was very cooperative as well. The calling bell service is really good, only thing is they can try & fasten the billing process may be by increasing the man power in that department also fastening the TPA process.

Dr bhanja is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service Always amazing treatment.Overall treatment is good. Each and every hospitality provided by staffs was amazing and appreciable . The nurses, dietician , and caretakers Thank you for your warm hospitality and generosity

Apollo hospital Bilaspur very good I came to my friend with their relatives patient and I am understanding their all about process systems all are good. But their medicine counselings system is very good and nice there 2 mss pharmacist she has very desperately to their work and also understand what patients wants to . She know all the patients think and not only patient also understand their relatives think what it's want . Everything was very good, DR. P. P Misra and Dr. Yogesh did their job nicely and the Nursing staffs of Semi C ward were very good specially MS. Archana, Ms. Anjana And Ms.Reeta provide good Nursing care to me, and the Operational Team also helped in every steps during my hospital stay. Thanks to Apollo hospitals

I had a smooth and cooperative experience at every step, thanks to Dr. Rashmi Sharma, Dr. Richa Agarwal, and the entire Gyanic team. I give a 5-star rating to the nursing staff, ward secretary, and dieticians team. The nurses Tarini, Sarojini, Rukhmani, and Roshani provided excellent care. Ward secretaries Ms. Seema and Ms. Jharna were efficient, and the kitchen staff, Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Ghasi, always served hot food. Overall, I had a positive experience and highly recommend this hospital.
