Placid Garden Resort

Placid Garden Resort was one of my best decisions for my entire trip of Andaman. People are soo nice, polite, helpfull. Rooms were good, services were also very nice, Food was also good. A quiet place with a theme of hut. Location of the resort is also good.

Great ambience. Rooms were great and well maintained. The cafe is also superb. The staff were very supportive and helpful. Highly recommended for stay at Havelock.

Best place to stay. Food is amazing. Freshly prepared. Rooms are clean. Location is awesome. Please take Taxy from hotel only. It’s economical and hassle free. You just need to tell at desk. Owner, manager, restaurant staff, cleaning staff….all are well behaved and courteous. Location is perfect. Beach on a walking distance of 200 metres. I would recommend people to stay here.

Everything was great here, we really had a great experience. Food was amazing here. If you are in Havelock then you must stay in this place. Opposite to this resort we can have a beach side view.

Booked a room for a week for diving , can guarantee you will have a great experience, Ashraf the owner is really kind and will make sure you are looked up well will sort you out with bikes as well! Location is opposite dive india. 5/5 for hospitality!

We stumbled upon this place due to some mix-up in our previous bookings, and I am so glad we did!
Ashraf is a wonderful host. We stayed here only for a day but we ended up spending a lot of time here even after our accommodation changed.
The rooms are basic and have everything that you may need. Govind Nagar beach (picture) is across the road from the Resort.
The food here is fantastic. We tried a few other places but kept coming back to this place.
Kishore took special care that all our requests were promptly addressed.

Highly recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Havelock (Swaraj Dweep). Clean and hygienic resort, extremely helpful and friendly staff, decent amenities, reasonably priced food and close proximity to Govind Nagar beach and lots of good dining options.

Special mention to Kishor, Asif and Ashraf who were excellent hosts and made our 4 night stay comfortable and memorable.

Overall the experience was good, stayed over two days, rooms was good, food was good, amd most important the location and the resort is beautiful. The greenery near cottages is worth 👌. Special mention to kishore, it was nice meeting, lovely person you are.

Great service, food and value for money. Owner and other staffs are super helpful and provide all informations you need as tourist. Beach is nearby and you just need to cross the road to go to bridge. Location is nice and lot of other resturants are nearby. But still I will recommend this compare to other fancy resturants considering the price and quality of food you get there.

(just make sure you clearly discuss the final cost of your stay beforehand to avoid extra charges related to extra bed, etc.)

I had a highly satisfying stay here. The rooms were not only cost-effective but also quiet, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food overall, although I found the paneer pakoda to be the only letdown.
The staff was really attentive to all our minor issues, making the overall experience truly pleasant. Considering the affordability, this was undeniably one of my best stays, and I'll highly recommend it 👍

Had a very comfortable stay with excellent service. All the crew members were really like flowers in the Placid Garden. I specially mention Kishore Biswas whose smiling face at every hour of the 2 days stay made us feel so comfortable. An incredibly good experience indeed.

It was my third time staying at Placid and I'll go there again! The staff are helpful, rooms are clean and has everything you need for your stay on the island, the service is top notch and food is a delicious bonus with their cute Garden Cafe ambience!

Resort designed as cottages. The ambience is very calm and peaceful. If you come with your family, definitely the resort giving you a homely atmosphere. On time food serving and the food was very delicious. My kid was more comfortable with the resort and the staff who takeare as a family member.

The rooms are well maintained, staff is friendly, food is also good. There is white sands beach opposite to the resort from where you can catch sunrises.

We stayed here during a 2 day trip to Havelock. Placid resort was a very comfortable property at a nice location. The villa we booked was pretty decent and economical. What stood out was their service and hospitality, and the credit goes to Ashraf. Ashraf booked our itinerary completely from scuba diving, commute to local coordination. A special thanks to him and I will strongly recommend Placid resort.

Its a awesome property with beautiful garden view and full of nature. Staffs are well behaved. Food was good and hotel service is upto the mark. You will have nice senic for photography. Rooms are well maintained. I loved the stay here.

Best resort we’ve ever stayed at! the food was good service was amazing, from the reception, cafe staff, and the cleaners who were very sweet and very friendly, there was even a adorable little kitten who was very loving. The rooms were very nice and comfortable as well and the resort is a super short walk from the beach. Kishore Vikas (think that’s his name) was also super nice and helpful and provided help when i got food poisoning from the full moon cafe. Amazing stay would definitely come again!
