Horrible experiences with me,

I booked a bus at 8 PM on 18-03-2024 which price was ₹3134, I reached my pickup point on time then I called to bus captain The bus captain told me that I could not submit the chart on time to Make My Trip so today's bus was cancelled. he told me tha I am adjusting you to another transporter bus which is coming on 9:30 and make my trip customer care excutive also confirm for the same.
But Bus was coming at 12:30 AM. I stood in the dense forest till 12:30 that night. that was the really horrible day of my life
Finally a bus came 3 km away from my pick point, I walked through the dense forest at 12:30 to reach the bus. I was accommodated in a useless bus, it was really useless bus whose fare was only Rs 500 something.
In fact, a great scam was accomplished with me.
