Coimbatore Head Post Office

I have sent a parcel through international courier service in head post office coimbatore. At first the in charge person's interaction was very much helpful and explained very well about what to send and what and all can't send, during booking parcel, the person packaging is very much patience and made it perfect, my 1parcel box has reached to abroad within a week and the other within 15 days. The cost is very very less compare to other private couriers, almost 50% I have saved through India post, this is very much helpful to students studying in abroad and for middle class family.
This is why we wish all the services should be rendered by government .

FOR ABOARD PACKAGE BOOKING INDIAN POST OFFICE IS TOO GOOD AND SAFE , STAFFS ARE VERY POLITE AND HELFULL .

Good place and helping staff . Easy to open accounts like SB ACC, SSA, SSY , PPF etc..
Contact Gopi at front desk who is down to earth person and help u a lot in processing accounts

Friendly service. I went to send international parcel. Packers even postponed their lunch by considering customers. Kudos to packing boys and receptionist for their service. Keep it up.

Went to central post office to take aadhar for my special child. Operating officer was very cordial and helped a lot. The attender sitting outside also guided very well. Their work combined with kindness is really appreciable. Kudos and God bless them....

I contacted post office regarding a speed post parcel sent to me from Mumbai.
Though I could not get the problem , the person who did talk to me did an excellent job..
I never expected this to happen at the Indian post office,
Apparently I had a wrong opinion.

As a customer, I'm really surprised and at the same time impressed by the service of Assistant Manager S.Suja at IPPB.
This is not what I'm used to from a Govt set up.
They way she interacted, clarified and helped me was excellent.
Her phone call to inform me the information which she missed, shows her involvement in work and customer service.

Very attentive staffs.clearly guide the procedures as there are number of cabins and counters inside.

I had been here many times. I always admire the patience and dedication with which the speed post section works (My work was only with this group). My appreciation to them for the good job they do.
