My mom was admitted under the care of Dr.Rajpal.K.Abhaichand for ASD closure. From the day we visited sir in OP till the day of discharge we must say we were given the utmost care possible. We have been so satisfied with the care provided by all the staffs and special mention to ward 49 nurses who were very caring and passionate with their work. We had a Very pleasant stay that it didn’t feel like we stayed in hospital at all. I must not forget to mention the importance to cleanliness. I would highly recommend GKNMH for everybody. I wish the hospital all the best to keep up their amazing work always.

Hospitality is too good. Medical attention is extremely good. You dont have to run around for anything when you are admitted. The medicines are ordered by the nurses and it reaches you on time. The food is good. Quality is too good.

The hospital is very reasonable compared to all metropolitan hospitals and better on services. Cleanliness, maintainance, transparency is 10/10 and hospital staffs and nurses are also very down to earth and always willing to help. The entire hospital is digitally connected with ipads hence communication and connectivity of all departments is absolutely seamless saving patient's time and preventing any frustration and harassment. Pharmacy is also technically advanced and medicines are supplied to the hospital via mini lift ... again time saving. Overall you will never regret coming to this hospital and can be very rest assured of 100% satisfaction and best services and cure with latest modern knowhow, technology and machines. ... The hospital and doctor Bivin Wilson have done a great job. He helped my father recover. Big thanks to him. All the nurses were so friendly and kind enough. They are available all the time. I highly recommend this hospital for all kind of treatments.

We were in this hospital for two and half months and we are really happy with the treatment. The doctors,nurses, physiotherapists & respiratory therapists are exceptional. Moreover they are kind and polite with the patients. The RMO in particular is very helpful and straightforward. I thank each and everyone in the team for their dedication and hard work

Have admitted My mother for serious health issue jaundice and liver failure, Dr Raja sir and team have done a great job will do timely checks on moms situation, explained the health issue and what kind of treatment medications they are giving in neat and detailed way. Last but not least the guardian nurse who is showing care and running day to night to make sure mom health is alright ...my sincere thanks to sister sumathi from A block ward 30 for the immense support to mum thanks a lot sister keep going ✌🏼 reach heights 😊

Excellent service. We not even bothered about anything from admission procedures to insurance and everything. The doctors explained the treatment in a nice manner, sisters gave excellent moral support during iur stay here. The entire Ward 33 staff were so kind to us.

My father got admitted in emergency due to hypoglycemia.. Immediate attention and medication given. Dr.Prasad and his assistant doctor gave proper guidance and the nursing staffs who were in B block 7th ward and D block 48 ward really took care of my father and very supportive.

Only one draw back is the food and canteen, food was not good.

One of the best hospital in Coimbatore. My father undergone bypass surgery here. All doctors are well experienced and the treatment was very good. Cost of treatment is less compared to other multi specialty hospitals. Good multilevel - automated car parking available.

Respected authorities several times have taken service from your hospital I am very happy with the hospitality and caring patient and the attendees. Almost all the doctors who attended were polite and helpful. My spl gratitude to Dr Bala senthil Kumar who is always ready to give helping hands and very simple and polite explaining all the details regarding the procedures. The response from nursing team ward 47 and ward 48 where very supportive. I did a open heart surgery in GKNM hospital, and I had a very nice experience at the hospital. Dr.Madhava Rao and his crew of doctors did a very good job with the surgery and post operative care. They gave me the confidence to undergo the surgery without any fears and recover quickly. The nursing staffs Priya, Brinda, Anu, Raji, Dinesh, Nivedita, Devi Priya, and so more staff took very good care of me round the clock. I had a very pleasant stay at the hospital. Special thanks to the pulmonologist Dr.Vijay Aravinth and cardiologist Dr.Priya Karthick Prabhu for their excellent treatment and guidance to me ! I strongly recommend GKNM and Dr.Madhava Rao for open heart surgery for anyone who is thinking about it.

My wife had a hip surgery done on 8/12/23 by Dr. Mansoor Ali ably supported by his assistants. We got good positive support from Dr. Priya Cardiologist and Dr.Srinivasan Diabetologist. During her stay of 8 days we got splendid support from Nurses in Ward 47 and other support staff. Our sincere appreciation and thanks to Anand and other Physiotherapist for their excellent service and guidance.
Overall we had a nice stay.
There is a need for improvement in sanitary assistant staff.
Rest all fine and above excellence.

We saw Dr.Amuthagiridhar for pregnancy and delivery ,she is just amazing person who guides and explains everything so clearly 99.99% she tries for normal delivery.

Coming to hospitalisation GKNM staffs regularly connected with patients for feedbacks and provided us a best service.

Ward -48 Nurses shows a very kind attitude and caring the patients very well..

Rajeswari from Guest Relations frequently connected with us and made everything easy in case of any discomfort/issues.Also PRO team Banu Mam for their best support.

Food - GKNM should look into Patient and attender foods served

Really happy for all the services. One small suggestion for the management - it is not possible for many people to take this type of room. If you increase around 10000 rooms it will help many people. Otherwise I am happy with all the services particularly Dr. SUNDARAKUMAR AND DR. BIVIN WILSON AND ALL THE NURSES.

Very good and specialized treatments are given . The rooms and corridors are very neat and clean.The doctors and staffs have a kind care of patients. They clean the rooms and restrooms for three to four times a day.canteen for visitors are also available.The cost is too efficient to pay and took the treatment here when compared to others. The cost is almost suitable for all the people.But only drawback is that they not allow the outside food inside.Itis for safety for the patient but if there is a child we can't able to give outside food. The location of the hospital is in the center of the city.so it is comfortable for emergency times.
