For starters, the experience is definitely worth the price. If you are someone who works out or just a busy professional and are experiencing tiredness, stiff body, back ache; this might be the perfect place for you.
I mean ambient music, perfect temperature and trained professionals make it just perfect. I’ve attached the brochure of all the services and the pricing, choose the best for you.

Giving a background to how i ended up going to I Deserve it, i was shooting a project for past two days constantly without any break and it was quite hectic. I casually mentioned to one of our AD’s that i need a spa and she suggested me this. It was closer to our shoot location and that’s how i came here.
To begin with, i would generally go for a full body massage or aroma therapy spa but I inquired and they told me they had introduced spa treatments based on 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘬𝘳𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘍𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘌𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦. After understanding the process of all the treatments, i choose 𝘈𝘨𝘯𝘪 - Fire therapy (it doesn’t involve contact with actual fire) The treatment started with a feet cleansing with rose water and mineral salts. Then i was taught a small breathing exercise to control our body chakras. The most interesting part is that, it is a thorough experience both physically and spiritually. I was asked to burn a small fire with Camphor and scented natural salts and focus on it and then surrender my negative thoughts while grasping the purity and positivity of the fire. Then the masseurs massaged my whole body and face with oil which was very relaxing. It was followed by a steam session and a bath.
I had a green tea post the soa and i gelt a lot lighter. Not to forget my skin feels bouncy and radiant.
The ambiance, staff, music and cleanliness are all brilliant ❤

I love this place, ambience , people here as well as the therapists. They have ample parking within compound.

They have weight loss treatments like Ayurvedic panchkarma & Venus Lypolysis along with with basic massages like Swedish , Balinese, deep tissue (best) which they usually do with aroma oils.

They have same gender therapist and separate section for males and females. Therapists are highly professional and listen to the pressure level directions well.

You can opt for one time massage or even consider going for some good packages they have for multiple sessions.

Things to mention: they use onetime use and throw towels after shower, steam room was well maintained, green tea was supplied right after massage.

They also have a in house full blown Unisex salon for all beauty treatments so it’s a must visit to relax or detoxify your body.

Edit: I visited this place again and I have to let all know that it is highly recommended that you take a balenese massage from a therapist name Sudhir he was really amazing and helped explain a lot of things. Wonderful experience and relaxing indeed

One of the best spa I visited in thane. Had a lovely session. That spa I took was called ‘Earth spa’ and it felt so great. My therapist was extremely sweet, she started off with the ritual first of cleaning and scrubbing my foot then heading to the massage room the step 2 included walking on stones and then moving on to the massage. I had very relaxed and warmth session. Totally recommended for all.

It was really very relaxing. I had experienced earth spa. I loved how it has small elements which helps you to relax and feel good. Totally love it💓 Best part was when they applied chandan's lape on my foot. Even the music was according to my spa. They also give me all the information before starting the spa. In short I loved and I recommend you to choose Earth spa 💓

I've been here twice to cut my hair. The stylist cuts it to exactly what you asked for. Its one of the places where you are happy with you haircut even after a week. The ambience is also very peaceful and comforting.

"I Deserve It (IDI)' is a place where you truly feel like saying "I Deserve It'. My relation with Dr. Uma and Vatsala, the proprietors of I Deserve It started as a client (them) and publication (me) and eventually evolved as that of friends.

The salon is one of a kind with array of services to choose from, genuine products and very polite, patient and accommodating staff who suggest services and products to suit individual skin type and not to mint money.

I conclude this review by congratulating Dr. Uma and Vatsala for maintaining the standard of the salon year on year and give us better and better services.

Absolutely wonderful experience. They alsi have iwelness vebus legacy for fat reduction. They are the best in that. It really works and very economical and safe for ppl who wants to reduce fat without diet and exercise. Although with diet and exercise the results r furthermore better..
I like the philosophy of the owner of iwelness n ideserve it that they dont want to fool ppl with fake promises.

The name really suits to the services.. I went with my mom for her body spa on her birthday. Its was one of the best gift for her. She is so happy with the service and the staff was really good and friendly.. Really great service
