I hv been there since i had muscle cramp at lower back... Reception is vry dark maybe based on horror theme... I remembered Ramsay films of 90s when i entered the reception... Later the room where i waz taken was decent n dim ambience... N specially mentioning the beautiful therapist FIZA who gave nice deep tissue massage which relieved my stress.... Definitely i will visit again

Located across a far of location in Ghodbunder near Kasarvadavli, Urban Spa is one of the best of its kind to visit. Blissful, Pleasant & Rejuvenating experience provided by the staff and the reception folks Kinjal & Vidhi are paying proper attention to the clients. I would personally recommend Urban Spa as they have plenty of massages with them. Kudos to Team Urban.

Wonderful!! I received an hour long deep tissue massage . Therapist was so talented and I was impressed by her skill! The environment was very calm ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good Quality spa. The vibe of the Urban spa is so good , gives you positive energy instantly. very friendly staff . James is the counter manager he is very cooperative in nature. helps you understand which is the better massage for your body from all the varieties of massage.

Jenny and Vidhi are good masseurs in the team. Jenny knows perfect technique to release the stress and loosen the muscles.

And you have extra perks as well :D

Wow! This is an awesome SPA. I visited with my girl and we both loved the spa. The therapist was friendly, knew her job and treated us well and special. My advice , you should try deep tissue massage. Five stars to Urban spa. Thanks a lot 😊👍
