Friendly staff. Very well maintained. Cooperative. Doctor, dietician ,trainers all are top notch and efficient in their job. Good locker service and after workout steam bath. Machines working fine. Yoga , dance , aerobics etc all are available. Good view from the top floor.

This is a new workout place in town, a venture of Neo sports. I would recommend this place to all the gym freaks as well as the newbies. I have started taking Personal Training from one of the trainers here, Amit Pandey. He's a really good trainer. Even if you haven't opt out for PT, he would take interest and help you out. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
