Choosing Indian spine injuries centre was one of my best decision and choosing Dr. Neeraj Gupta in indian spine injuries centre was my bestest of best decision.

My father aged 64 years was suffering from acute and severe pain in neck due to spinal tuberculosis at C4 - C5 level.
His pain was beyond imagination and thersold capacity to bear pain as even high dose pain injections were not able to give him any relief.I consulted Dr. Neeraj gupta and my father got admitted under his supervision. After viewing theMRI report and present condtion of my father ,he told that immediate surgery is required as at this stage it cannot be cured with TB medicine ( its got delayed as many big named hospitals in delhi where my father got hospitalized before coming to indian spine injuries centre just killed many a days in diagnosis of the disease( wheter its spinal TB or not) and keeping my father only on painkillers ). With prompt diagnosis and qucik decision of the Dr . Neeraj gupta my father cervical C4-C5 open surgery ( cervical corpectomy) was done successfully 🙏.

After the surgery , my father felt like his pain has gone like magic and he was feeling like a new life given to him after suffering from severe continuous pain since last one and half month . I am writing this review after almost 20 days of my father surgery and his condition is getting improved day by day.

We went to consult Dr Mr Neeraj Gupta regarding L4 , L5 and S1 on 3th Oct from Guwahati , Assam in Indian Spine and Surgery Hospital
We were asked to get X-ray and post X-ray doctor advised us to get operate asap. After few formalities we were asked to get admit on
5th Oct. The admission process went so smoothly .

We got evaluated by team of Spine, Surgeon and was diagnosed as a case of PIVID L5-S1 right sided with right S1 radiculopathy. Cardiology consultation was taken by Dr Asheem Dhall prior surgical clearance. Doctor advised for 2d Echo. Once 2d Echo was done it showed positive for RMI. Hence further cardiology doctor advised for Engiographgy. Hence further CAG was done and it showed clear blockage and patient was given clearance for surgery with high risk. On the contrary we were high sugar patient. Constant monitoring was done by Dr Neeraj Gupta team members and his fellow doctors.

It was Dr Neeraj Gupta who supported us who gave high hopes and assured us and said My patient falls under 5% risk category. Just make sure 95% risk was taken by Dr Neeraj Gupta ji. We got huge support by doctor and we gave consent for the operation. He clearly said. "Aap himmat nahi dikhayenge to hume himmat kaha se Milega."

On 9th October around 7:30 we were taken into OT. And by the time we were given anethisisia and we were under observation for 2 hours . Post anesthesia we got operate By Dr Neeraj Gupta Ji. And he came out with flying colour. Today we are sitting comfortably on our chair in our home and feels so positive to write about doctor .

Dr. Neeraj Gupta is surely one of the best doctor for spine surgeries. I had got gap in my L5 S1 of spinal cord. Initially I was very afraid of surgery so i avoided it but when nothing else seems to be working, I consulted Dr Neeraj Gupta in ISIC Delhi and underwent surgery.
He has been really professional and has shown true commitment to cure me. He took great care of me and made sure i did not get any problem during the treatment. Now i can walk again like before without pain and for this would like to thank him a whole lot.

I first consulted with Dr. Neeraj Gupta in Dec'22 as I had severe lower back pain radiating in both legs and difficulty walking even moderate distances. The Doctor heard me out patiently and diagnosed the root cause and advised the way forward after very carefully examining the MRI and the X-ray. He had advised surgery immediately and explained the reasons on the MRI and the X-ray. I was concerned about undergoing a surgery owing to the inherent risks in that. The Doctor took my concerns into account and prescribed medications even though an operation was required in his considered opinion to address the root cause of the problem.

I tried the medicines and physiotherapy for 3/4 months but these only yielded temporary relief and the underlying conditions worsened to an extent that I was struggling to walk properly. I consulted with Dr Gupta again in these circumstances. He reiterated his advice and helped allay my concerns regarding the surgery. A few things that stood out were as follows:
1. His advice at all times was objective, logical and professional.
2. He helped accomodate changes in the date of the surgery at a short notice
3. He allayed my fears with remarkable confidence that my condition post the surgery under no circumstances would be worse than the condition I went to him with. True to his word, he ensured that I could walk straight just a few days post the surgery on 03 April 23.

The communication from the Doctor and his team was always precise and ensured clarity for me and my family. Their professional approach helped minimise the anxiety at a very stressful time for me and my family.

I would unequivocally recommend Dr. Neeraj Gupta to anyone facing back pain and spine related issues. Why? Because sutures on the surgery are due for removable on 18 April and I am walking 20 Meters plus without any support.

On suggestion of a close friend, took my mother who was suffering from a Disc Bulge to Dr. Gupta. She wasn't able to walk due to the chronic pain which travelled from her lower back to her right limb. The medicines which he prescribed and the lifestyle changes he suggested proved to be the cure for my mother's disc problem. Ultimately the pain reduced drastically.
