I have been here almost every single time I visit Kerala. Trusted by so many, it truly is one of our favourite go-to restaurants in Ernakulam. In my recent visit to Kerala, I ordered the Kerala Paratha, and nadan pothirachi roast along with the coconut soufflé and the cream caramel. We were so satisfied with how amazing everything tasted. I cant wait to be back and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great quality food, service and a beautiful atomosphere.

Check in and Check out both seamless and hassle free.Staff at the reception were polite and professional.

We had booked 2 standard rooms ,but were upgraded to the executive rooms. spacious,clean and comfortable... decently equipped and functional.. View facing the road. Bathroom size and toiletries upto the mark..with hot n cold water running faucet at the wash basin and adequate water pressure from the shower.

We had buffet breakfast continental.. included in our room rate.. Restaurant staff were all pleasant.. BFast decent enough spread
Dinner at the restaurant both quality and quantity wise was in line with the earlier positive reviews by other guests and we enjoyed the non veg cuisine. There is a dedicated travel desk manned at the hotel lobby ,whose services we used .

Since the Hotel is at a prime location,plenty of Uber, ola cabs around..and proximity to landmarks.
The ernakulam south station at a walkable distance.

since it was our first time visit to cochin city and Hotel grand , Happy that we came across this Hotel by chance . Also would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay

Rooms: huge rooms and welll maintained

Food : highly recommended, the restaurant is crowded most of the time and it’s expected owing to its quality and taste

We had a very comfortable stay here. Neat and clean rooms. The non veg food served at the hotel was very tasty. The location was right at the city center, and travelling to places like Fort Kochi, marine drive etc was very easy from here.

One of the legendary hotels in Cochin. Situated in the heart of cochin with all the necessary amenities. Delicious varieties of dishes. Awsome customer service. As it is cricket World Cup season the bar was decorated with cricket related wallpapers. Found really interesting, 15% offers given on liquor on the occasion of cricket World Cup.

Executive room is more spacious, we are happy with service and ambiance. Buffet breakfast with limited varieties but tasty.

Was here for lunch with the family. Loved the fish meals, fried fish and also the ammacchi fish. Quick service, great portions, a wee bit on the expensive side but worth it. Will be back

I stayed here with my husband for two days. Rooms are neat and well furnished. Stay was very comfortable. The restaurant serves signature cuisines. We are given with the option to order from outside as well.This hotel ensures the comfort of guests and respect our freedom.

I stayed at Grand Hotel for two days with my wife. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. There is a restaurant in the ground floor which serves delicious food with unique taste. Though there is restaurant inside, they won't restrict the guest from ordering from outside and take it to room. Grand Hotel is a recommend stay in Ernakulam.

The location is as central as it gets The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean.. The food attracts even the locals, particularly those who like fish, Karimeen above all. But what truly sets the Grand apart from its competitors is the staff, efficient and ever-smiling.

Best fish and egg biriyani and karimeen fry in town! We are a regular customer since around 10-12 years and this place has never let us down in any dishes !

Rooms are scored lower just because the bed was not very soft. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast omelettes we're wonderful. Lots of hot water for showers. Being from USA we took showers more often as we were not use to the humidity. Would stay again in the future.

No wonder the place is always crowded! They serve a good variety of tasty food which makes you a repeat customer instantly! Plenty of parking space in the city center and responsible staff.
