Crocodile trip Jake the snake boat trip

Had an amazing experience with Jake and his team! He had a sold out boat but we managed to bag a private one!! We also managed to get a peak at not just one but three crocodiles. Jake also made sure we had seen a crocodile before turning the boat around. Lots of explanation on the wildlife including the fishing culture in south Goa. Definitely a must see on your list for South Goa! Also loved the curly hair 😀.

This was a fantastic trip and Jake was so knowledgeable! We saw 3 crocodile but the troll a few days later saw 14!! We saw lots of birds and really enjoyed the trip. Book locally though and save money.

We saw so many different birds and especially loved seeing the pied kingfishers and the bats. Saw some big saltwater crocodiles which was particularly nice to see in their natural habitat.

Great day out with Jake and his friend. Very knowledgable and told us all about the local area and animals. Managed to see three very big crocodiles as well as loads of different birds.

Jake’s boat trip was one of the highlights of our family trip to India. We saw tons of wildlife including birds, bats, crabs and crocs and Jake was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the surrounding area. He also took time to turn the boat so everyone could see. The boat was comfortable and everyone was super friendly. Jake also rescued my daughter’s teddy that slipped over the side! 🙈 An amazing experience we will never forget. 100% recommend - thank you for the memories! 🐊🐊🐊

The trip has been an awesome experience. Jake has been awesome host. We were able to spot 6-7 big and small crocodiles. Jake explained us the whole trip very clearly and had been very cooperative with all our requests. It's a must recommended 1.5-2 hrs trip. 5 star to everything.

The go to man for exploring the canal and mangroves around Saint Estevam Island and spotting crocodiles. Jake is an extremely knowledgeable and wonderful guide who has been conducting these tours for the past 22 years. We saw a mugger salt water crocodile and a variety of birds. Overall a wonderful experience. Will be returning for a longer exploration of the mangroves with Jake 🤩

The trip was excellent. Spotted 3 crocodiles and fortunately 1 was on the banks resting. Saw many birds and also a flying peacock. Didn't know peacocks could fly so high.
The captain was the best snd v informative and cordial.
Bird watching was also fun and we saw an otter too.
However, my 5.5 Yr old found it humid and sunny although the boat is shaded. I think kids above 7 will be more patient

Made a reservation last minute without any hassle, Jake was very responsive.
It turned out to be a memorable experience, we ended up spotting 4 crocodiles! Jake is great at spotting them but respectful of them at the same time.
Only downside of the trip was the litter all around, the Govt and the people should do better!

Just came back from a trip with Jake. Spotted crocodiles, a jellyfish swarm, jites, eagles, kingfishers, cormorants, regrets, water hens and more. 1.5-2 hour boat trip, refreshments on board and an experienced guide in Jake who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about wildlife. Would definitely recommend.

We had not done any advanced booking.
Jake was a great host, talented man and a honest Goan.
Show us many points, birds and a crocodile.
Just about luck to see crocodiles.

Great experience. Went there for 12 pm trip with family. It was a pleasant trip. Enjoyed the natural picturesque canal filled with variety of birds like kingfishers , eagles , fruit bats etc.
They offered beer , soft drinks and samosas as complimentary. The trip costs 1200 per person and goes for about 1.5 hr
We were lucky enough to spot a big croc and a baby crocs. It was exciting as we enjoyed a lot!

This one is a hidden gem in Goa not everyone is aware of please do try it,it's close to the church u will get to see lovely mangroves with birds and crocs but only if u are lucky! This guy is also very amazing has a long experience lovely to talk

Jake the snake is the pet name of the Island lad who runs an amazing crocodile and birdwatching tour on the backwaters of the river Mandovi. The tour starts from a rustic jetty off the Island of St. Estavam or saint Stevens Island. Jack is well informed and shares information as he spots Birds, Crocs, insects or pretty much any Flora and Fauna. The views of the villages along this boat ride are pretty. The staff is good. The boat is clean and overall it's been a great experience. We highly recommend Jake's Dundee trip.

Had an amazing experience and must say Jake is an excellent guide and takes care of the tourists really well. Was able to see variety of birds and was lucky enough to sight crocodiles as well. Excellent place for nature lovers..Kudos to Jake who makes the boat ride a memorable one.
