Summer House Delhi

Summer House is a hidden gem in the bustling Hauz Khas village of New Delhi. As you step inside, you're transported to a cozy oasis with its rustic wooden interiors, easy chairs, and throwback couches. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home. The menu offers a delectable array of comfort food coupled with international cuisines, all perfectly complemented by a large selection of exotic and popular cocktails. Its vibrant atmosphere makes it a great place to socialize with friends or enjoy a romantic evening. I highly recommend checking it out.

Finally! A place in Delhi that I can relax and enjoy the food. Nice... Loved the Mushrooms. Pasta and Nachos were good, but just normal stuff. The Mushrooms were really good.

Still not enough girls though. Feels Delhi has 98% male wherever I look. Sigh...

I'm always here for the Karaoke Nights, and trust me, even if it's on a Monday, you'll find this place filled with the best of people, to get you the best of memories.

This was a very elegant place. Food was absolutely delicious and the place is just cute and fun. We ordered Mediteranean platter and Tandoori platter. Both were delicious. I really liked the freshly squeezed juice too as it had no sugar added. Service could have been a bit more attentive and faster but it was good nonetheless.

Summer House located in Aurobindo market just outside Hauz Khas village, I have been to this place many times. The place has ample parking around it, though the cost for same is a bit high during the night. Average parking cost for night hours end up around 150-200 INR (for 3-4 hrs.)

My review for the same is as below:

Ambiance: The place has 3 sections indoor area with a bar and dance floor on the first floor, small balcony area on the first floor & Rooftop area. The place is usually packed on weekends evening time so better to go early. They do take reservations, so making the same would be a good idea if you want to sit down. Ambiance of the place is great, and music is nice. I have tried all the three areas in the times I have visited them, and they all are good as per what you want.

Service: The staff is good and helpful, though on certain occasions during the weekend I have faced some issues if you planning to order from the bar. On the rooftop bar area, the staff uses the same to order drinks and is usually given priority over the guests by the bar tenders and they are elbowing you to get in front and are rude as well. If you have a table then things are sorted for you.

Drinks: They have happy hours till 8 in the evening which gets you 1+1 on domestic and 2+1 on imported liquor. You can also get there early and order drinks in advance for your group which is a great money saving trick as per me. Their drinks are reasonably priced, though the cocktails are not too great, I had to return Mai Thai once as it was not drinkable at all, so for me I stick to beer and hard liquor.

Food: They have a good menu spread with tasty food, things I recommend are pizzas which are nice, The non veg mezze platter is also good, Turkish kebab is also a good dish in their menu & edamame goes well with beer. Things which disappointed me were the chicken wings, they were just dry and very average.

Cost: The place is not that expensive and drinks and food for three last time during lunch costed us 5K. Though my personal suggestion is to use the happy hours.

Overall the place has a good vibe, drinks are reasonable, and food is good, weekends are crowded, and reservations would be helpful. Give it a try if you in the area.

I loved the ambience and the music culture there. Food was slightly above average but drinks were better. But above all i loved the uniqueness of artists and the audience.

I loved the vibe at summer house cafe. Very good place for house music as well as commercial. Two different floors give you vibe of two different kind of music and you can vibe to your kind of music. Sadly we didn’t get a table which was a minus one

Had Figs & Feta cheese on sourdough bread & Chilli Chicken...both were super delicious !

I had heard about this place but finally visited it yesterday. We sat on the terrace and the vibes were good. Drinks / food and music was great. Overall a great place to hangs out with friends and family. Would definitely recommend😊

The ambience of the place is lovely. Meant for the youth. Perfect place to chill and party. Food was tasty unlike most bars or lounges. They have liquor available as well and they make really nice cocktails. The crowd was classy. It has many different seating options - outdoors and indoors both. Nice music. The place was elegant. It has different themed nights organized almost every alternate day.

Enjoyed their rooftop seating with food and drinks on a Tuesday evening. Ideal for an evening out with friends. Recommend!

This place has got some many memories. Also my favourite place to party in delhi. The foods are good, Dandan noodles are a must try dish. LIIT, there is my favorite. Go before 9 pm any day except on special occasions and grab 1+1 on drinks.

Loved it! They are taking full covid precautions. They have both inside and outside sitting arrangements alongwith rooftop. We sat inside considering the humidity but rooftop is also good..
Staff is friendly and ambience is good.

To be talking about the quantity and price proportion, I think they have maintained a very good balance. Apart from that you cannot compare Summer House with any of the other joints near by. Obviously it is better than the Hauz Khas village joints in terms of crowd and location.

Lovely rooftop sundown bar at the upmarket Hauz Khas district, with a more ambient and sophisticated crowd.

Snag the super valued 1 for 1 Happy Hour options, the butter chicken wontons we had too was a lovely sharing canape.

The vibe is amazing. Great for partying over the weekends. Service could be better. They have happy hours till 9 and host many events from time to time. Food is okayish.

Well, the place has been top rated in south delhi for absolute reasons.

Went out for a quick drink and was served a good serve of Martini and Pizza.
The other stuff on the menu is also good and deserves a visit by Couples or Friends alike.

Every famous place with many eating joints changes as time pass by . Hauz khas village use to be the most happening place few years back the crowd was educated you can move to any joint even with family but a month back when I visited it's all changed I see more of drunk guys on roads it's totally changed for a family or if you are going out for a good time with your friends that have girls than my personal suggestion is a big no .

Summer House Cafe

I can say only few cafe are able to keep everything good about the cafe and summer house cafe is one of them . Last visit 3 years back had a great experience and this time the experience is much better . You can go with girl friend or family friend. Food is just amazing should order fish fingers , chicken hot and sour soup almost everything we tried was too tasty . You have a place to sit outside if you love to dance then move inside dj is again is excellent and u just can't stop itself from dancing . If you like to sit in open then move to top floor .

Not expensive and it's more then worth going specially as its outside Hauz khas village you don't have to face the too much traffic just on the main road in market .
