Amazing Physiotheraphy Center. Within a week's time, Lower back pain was reduced significantly and after taking 9 sessions, pain became almost Negligible. Well trained and behaved staff along with expert hands.

"Mr. ASHISH" there took great care and was meticulous about the daily regimen including Various therapies and Exercises. He was well-versed with all exercises and activities which helped in faster healing and thereby subsiding pain. The overall experience and Pain-reduction journey was truly fantastic.

P.S. - It was a Chronic Back pain for the last 3 years and post treatment it's almost alleviated !

I had stiff shoulder and hip muscle. The treatment given was excellent as my pain decreased. My physiotherapist Ms. Asmita took good care of me. Overall atmosphere of the centre is very good and nice. Everyone is very helpful and caring.

I had Severe pain in my lower back and Right leg as i have Posterocentral disc protrusion with annular tear and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L4/L5 & L5/S1! I was neither able to sit or walk or stand for more than few minutes! I also had Tilting problem while walking but after getting 4 sessions of 14 days each! I got much better and relieved than before! Now my pain has Subsided upto 90% than before and my sitting, waking, Standing has increased by a great level! My SLR has also increased and i got rid of tilting while walking!! The major thing is that i got avoided from any type of surgery. I would highly recommend this centre. All the Physio's here are well trained and Sweet and caring in nature.. One would definitely feel like home here! They really do take 'EXTRA' Care of their patient! I was suffering from post slip disc symptoms. I took 28 sessions from the center. I got 100% relief in stiffness and around 95% relief in pain. I am now able to sit little longer than before. However, there is still some discomfort. But overall i got much relief from therapy and now able to do much of the daily routine work which was difficult to do before.

Recently I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Santosh sir, whose expertise creates an environment that fosters healing and comfort. I've been suffering from grade 1 Spondylolisthesis of L4 over L5 for 2 years but when I visited sir he identified the real problem n made me realise that because of chronic pain of 2 years I had also posture problem & scoliosis & Akansha ma'am did my Posture analysis test. She has also very gregarious nature.....sir explained the problem I was facing n later he suggested 14 days sessions of physiotherapy for an hour. I've completed my 14 sessions there n now feeling much relieved .... though I'm not completely painless yet taking painkiller n medicines for 2 years I didn't expect that much even.......in a little span of time I got 60 to 65 percent relief & further progress would come with regular exercises apprised by sir..... I really want to thank & appreciate Ashmita ma'am who took all the efforts to make my life painless n explained me all the excercises in a very well manner that I could remember because before visiting there I didn't know the E of

I was diagnosed with bilateral Avascular Necrosis (AVN) early grade 2 in November 2023. I started the treatment under the guidance of Santosh sir and Akanksha ma'am in mid December. The treatment included ESWT, Laser Therapy and physiotherapy amongst others, to target the femur head and also improve the strength of the leg. Mr. Govind was the assigned P.T. and wonderfully carried out the treatment and was out and out a thorough professional. I got another MRI done in Feb, and now my AVN signs have reduced.

Overall the environment of the centre fills you with positivity and the staff is very well behaved.
My treatment was cut short due to my travel plans, but anyone suffering from early grade AVN, should definitely visit.

Came for my neck and back pain. Dr. Upadhyay was very accurate with his diagnosis and the treatment. The center is fully equipped and has a very polite and care giving staff. The physiotherapists are very attentive and caring towards all the patients. My pains were fully cured and relieved. Special mention of my physiotherapist Mr. Virendra for my sessions by giving me all the required attention and help.

I had a session for a week, I had serious shoulder pain but with one week of session, there was relief in pain as well as my shoulder got strengthen. Dr. Santosh is professional, he takes care of every patient as his family.

I visited the clinic for spondylitis, slip disk and body ache problems. Dr. Santosh was very thorough in the investigation. He patiently analysed my limbs and the treatment was started on the same day. My case was assigned to Dr. Asmita. In the course of 4 weeks, she cured my pain through medical interventions and physical exercises. Dr. Asmita has a deep understanding of various physiotherapy concepts and that reflected in my healing journey.

I only regret the fact that I didn’t visit the clinic 5 years ago.

In two weeks journey of my right hand shoulder which was not moving towards back due to which I was feeling much pain in wearing men dhoti & few related exercise. Now I’m feeling better about 90% & problems have got reduced significantly. Trainer Mr Sandeep worked hard for my treatment.
