At very cheaper price you will enjoy your whole day including stay.
We die a lot of enjoyment in river

The wonderful owner of the property along with the excellent hospitality shown by him as well as the other staff added to the excellent ambience to make our stay memorable. Reasonable rates coupled with nice food , courteous staff , so much to explore in the nearby surroundings including the river , the greenery all around made it a enriching experience for our entire family . My kids enjoyed the stay thoroughly and so did we. Can’t wait to get back there again soon

Though the place itself doesn't have much to explore, but this resort on the bank of small river made it all worthwhile . It's a really beautiful place with the breathtaking scenic beauty of mountains, river and greenery all around. I would recommend that at least you plan for a 2 day stay with you family.The staff is commendable and the owner Mr. Arun is an amazing guy . They are very spontaneous and very helpful. I have booked 2 rooms for our five family members., but on our arrival Mr. Arun spontaneously offered us a option of one room having larger bed with same price of double bed room . That's an instance of hospitality to a customer like myself. The food was awesome and tasty like homemade. Overall it was an amazing experience. A big thanks to the staff and owner for the beautiful memories.

Although the road leading to the resort was damaged due to recent rains - the stay was amazing. i had been reading the other reviews - and all what has been said is absolutely true. Amazing location, awesome view, decent rooms with home like food - always ready to help staff - in the lap of mother nature. But i would like to add one more aspect which i did not see anyone yet talk about. If you are into birding and photography - its a surprise delight. If you are lucky - during early hours of the morning - you may see high altitude Himalayan water birds. I am a bird lover myself - and i saw a few which i have never seen before - mostly because of the river being so near. Attaching a few snaps which i had taken. I would surely like to visit again - maybe next time for a few more day :)

Best place to visit for Bikers, big family and natives. It's place to visit for River front just 50 meter from this hotel stay. Simple room with natural mountains surrounding. Both veg n nonveg cousine. Great place for peaceful stay. Must have suv Or high ground clearance car or with power full engine.

If you are a Nature Lover and loves the beauty and calmness of it with loads of fun then you must plan for this place with your family and friends. Every day you would see a different view of river and mountains.
The host won’t let you feel that you are away from your place, very warm hospitality and mouthwatering food adds the joy of living there.
Whole area of Lansdowne is within 1-2 hour(s) drive-away from this resort and the Dugadda market is only 4 km away from the place so makes it easy to stay and roam.
I enjoyed every moment and wasn’t easy for me to come back to my working life, feels like you stay there forever for enjoy the nature.

Nice location, very supportive staff and specially thanks to Mr.Arun , resort owner, he is a great guy. He have great collection of bonsai plants, so nature lovers can enjoy there..a small river tail just behind the resort is best part of location. If you are going with kids then you can prefer this place.

Awesome place if you are a nature lover... Ample space for the kids to play and what a beauty of the property. It’s riverside property and the sound of river at night feels awesome.. Most awesome is the behavior of all the staff and owner- Arun and his wife... didn’t felt we are away from home! It’s like you are visiting your next family home... awesome food and the chef will make whatever you demand (if the material is available with them). They allowed us to use their kitchen which is very rare in this business. Will surely book again if we plan for Lansdowne. - Khem Prasad

Highly recommended for the stay. Stay here connects me internally with the beauty of nature. The sound of river flow at night shows how silent nature is. Beautiful place for organic farming lovers. Food was delicious. Room service was excellent. Staff was polite and very cooperative.

Awesome place. One can enjoy scenic view from your window. Just walk for 5 minutes from your room to reach near river and trails. In morning got up with chirpings of birds.

Everything was awesome, the view with flowing river, the food, the staff (Specially Mukesh bhaiya) and the owner Arun ji and his father in law Vijay ji, he's great artist so is his daughter.
You will find an art gallery with beautiful paintings and nursery with beautiful plants.
But one major issues is that you won't be to able to communicate as there is no cellular network and WiFi isn't that strong as well.

Must visit place if you wish to enjoy the nature in the fullest.. river in front of the resort bn and it serene sound of flow is the USP of this resort...very cooperative staff to take care of all your needs... important to note..mobile signal is a bit week so do take resort landline no. for queries on the go...also avoid taking Google shortcut suggestions especially if you are coming down from main Lansdowne...pls call up the resort to get the exact location...

A good place to stay and relax....the best part is the soothing sound of the river..that you can hear from your room. Staff was very helpful and cooperative.

Awesome place .... more of a off beat resort.... riverside .... the owners were fantastic hosts ....lots to do for children . Get to see the wild animals from the resort as they come to have water at the River .

Peaceful place near the side of river Hanumanti. Clean rooms with home-like food. Owner is very supportive. Best place for people who'd like to stay close to the nature.

A very peaceful place with a scenic view around with river flowing just 30 MTR. Away , you can have a good food along with the nature.
