One of the best gyms in this area. I have seen many gyms but no one cares in a way which Vishal sir do. He explains each and every exercise and will let you know how it affects your body. He is bringing some new categories of exercises and variations which can be beneficial for us. He also does a good body check and plans diets to get good results. It's a 3 floor gym that is spacious and well maintained.

A great place for workout. . GYM is very tidy and organised with many equipments to use. GYM owner (Vishal) is a certified trainer, approachable and knowledgeabl. He is also good with his behaviour, very friendly and helpful. He always focus on natural body building and advise best per your strength and health.

You can easily find good gym with latest equipment's near you but it's hard to find a good trainer with appropriate knowledge. Mr Vishal the trainer not only have knowledge but also shows dedication towards the health industry. The gym has all necessary equipment's and is still growing. Five star to the star 😀

The good things about this gym💪 is had a good space for workout and neat&clean environment. Every equipment is in a good condition and mainly there is a gym trainer who guides you in your training and in a diet plan too.
